★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone em São Luís é péssimo. Foram praticamente dois dias tentando entrar entrar em contato e não atendiam o telefone.
Telephone service in São Luís is terrible. It took practically two days to get in touch and they didn't answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação as instalações do veiculo , e tempo bom de vigem , achei perfeito , mais em relação ao atendimento com os idosos achei péssimo , parece ate que a empresa esta fazendo um favor aos mesmos , sendo que e um direito deles estabelecido pelo artigo 40 da lei 10.741 de 1 se outubro de 2003.
Meus pais embarcaram nessa empresa no dia 21 de agosto de 2017 recentemente, minha mãe com problemas de reumatismo e meu pai consequentemente com idade avançada também com saúde fragilizada , com todos esses problemas a empresa os embarcou na parte superior do veículo dificultando a subida e a ida ao banheiro durante a viagem , não bastasse tal descaso com os idosos , os condutores (funcionários ) do veiculo deram uma de suas bagagem a outro passageiro causando desespero e aumentando o índice glicêmico de diabetes em um dos idosos , relato essa triste situação aqui a vocês no intuito que seja tomada uma providência no máximo em 24 horas , caso contrário vou atrás dos meus direitos e essa bagagem pode causar uma dor de cabeça a empresa .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero aqui informa e a última vez que viajo por essa empresa, sempre gostei de viaja pela JR4000 e hoje bastou, sempre viajei para Teresina, São Luís, Imperatriz a trabalho, hoje precisei de um simples favor e os condutores simplesmente me ingonaram, era só para pega uma caixa bem pequena no povoado Cabeceira, fica aqui minha registrada minha insatisfação.
I want to inform here and the last time I travel for this company, I always liked to travel by JR4000 and today it was enough, I always traveled to Teresina, São Luís, Empress on business, today I needed a simple favor and the drivers simply drunk me, it was just to pick up a very small box in the town Cabeceira, here is my record of my dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus maravilhosos!! Sao mto aconchegantes. Tem Wi-Fi, poltronas com encostos para perna e carregadores de celulares próximos.
Wonderful buses !! They are very cozy. It has Wi-Fi, armchairs with leg rests and cell phone chargers nearby.

Buses in urgent need of repairs, which makes São Luis/ferries line. TV system with problems and internal luggage rack making a lot of noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa de transporte que tem suas excessões. No quesito atendimento e ainda mais pelo ZAP venda de passagem. Eu mesmo tentei com 3 contato a compra de 2 passagem e não conseguir retorno d eu nenhum atendente.
