★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Vendem o mesmo número da poltrona mais de uma vez. Fora q depois de lotado, ainda pegam passageiros p vir em pé, sem nenhuma segurança! Além de pagar a passagem integral do meu filho de 10 anos, ainda tenho q vir em pé até vagar uma poltrona. Já q as minhas já estão sendo ocupadas por outros passageiros q só pagaram e não tem o bilhete com número de poltrona. Rever seus conceitos de segurança! Vocês transportam pessoas(vidas)
Too bad! They sell the same seat number more than once. Outside q after crowded, they still catch passengers p come on foot, with no security! Besides paying for the full ticket of my 10-year-old son, I still have to come to my feet to wander an armchair. Already my are already being occupied by other passengers who only paid and do not have the ticket with number of armchair. Review your safety concepts! You carry people (lives)
