★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei o serviços desse escritório, o advogado marcou comigo a data para realizar o processo do meu divórcio e, quando chegou no dia, cancelou sem maiores explicações. Detalhe, a data foi confirmada duas vezes. Acabei perdendo a minha folga que tive de combinar no trabalho e, possivelmente nao conseguirei outra devido a falta de compromisso do time, que não ofereceu alternativa alguma e se quer voltou a responder. Não recomendo. O nome do advogado é Jeferson.
O processo de agendamento foi todo realizado via whatsapp business. Não houve nenhuma solicitação de envio de certidão como mencionado. A.unica solicitação foi de que fosse feita a 2via de certidão. Logo, não cabe esse argumento de que houve equívoco e/ou faltou envio de documentação necessária. A ausência da documentação é mais um sintoma da negligência profissional que não se atentou nem a comunicação clara e nem ao compromisso firmado.

Therefore, this argument that there was a mistake and/or lack of submission of necessary documentation cannot be accepted. The absence of documentation is one more symptom of professional negligence that has not paid attention to clear communication or to the commitment made.
