Quanto ao horário é natural que atrase. Ao meu ver não se pode mais admitir sentar-se a mesa e perguntar se tem "acordo" e sair andando eu não faço isso jamais. Quem é capacitado sabe disso e vai colocar as técnicas aprendidas para ambas as partes tenham opções de negociar.
