Ao chegar lá o policial abriu a porta e perguntou o que iríamos fazer, com um tom não muito contente. Daí ele me passou o papel onde informava o contato, e pediu para manter a grade fechada.
Já tentei contato mil e uma vezes nesses telefones informados e nada de atendimento.
Não entendo a complexidade de cumprir seu trabalho.
The place is closed for face-to-face service.
When we got there, the policeman opened the door and asked what we were going to do, with a tone not very happy. Then he handed me the paper where he informed the contact, and asked me to keep the grid closed.
I've tried contacting a thousand and one times on these informed phones and no service.
I don't understand the complexity of doing your job.

As a component of the system, it should oblige the public power to give priority to the defense of domestic violence. The 180 doesn't even have a car... where are the women's protection police stations?
