★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta ter anos de empresa se não tem profissionais. Estou a mais de 1 hora esperando 1 profissional me buscar. Sempre é assim, poucos profissionais trabalhando, demora muitooooooo na espera.
 It's no use having years in the company if you don't have professionals. I've been waiting for more than 1 hour for a professional to pick me up. It's always like this, few professionals working, it takes a long time to wait.

Esperei 1 hora e 20 minutos para alguém aceitar a corrida e ninguém aceitou pois não há profissionais o suficiente! Tive que pegar um uber que demorou 15 minutos. Não adianta ligar para falar bonito se nada muda. Se nada melhora! Péssimo.
Once again I requested the biker service. It takes more than 1 hour.
I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for someone to accept the race and no one did because there aren't enough professionals! I had to get an uber that took 15 minutes. It's no use calling to talk nice if nothing changes. If nothing improves! Terrible.

Never hire this company. Choose to hire a single motoboy or another App. Company that exploits motoboys discounts 26% per ride. And it doesn't help at all.

Utilitários pelo app (você paga antes) e mostrou que estava a 5 minutos da minha casa. Depois o carro apareceu a 15km daqui, liguei e me falaram que o carro estava a caminho, depois mandaram mensagem no whatsapp falando que vinham as 12h, sendo que solicitei o serviço perto das 10h. Liguei novamente e a resposta é simples: fazem rota, se eu pedir e outra pessoa pedir bem depois e for mais perto eles vão atender que está mais perto, que falta de respeito com o cliente. Se você reclamar eles só fazem cancelar o chamado e pronto. Absurdo define essa empresa.
Terrible company, I ordered one
Utilities through the app (you pay in advance) and it showed that it was 5 minutes from my house. Then the car showed up 15km from here, I called and they told me that the car was on its way, then they sent a message on whatsapp saying they were coming at 12pm, and I requested the service around 10am. I called again and the answer is simple: they make a route, if I ask and someone else asks later and it is closer, they will answer that it is closer, what a lack of respect for the customer. If you complain, they just cancel the call and that's it. Absurd defines this company.
