★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brasil,,, pra que ir em um cartório só para dar baixa em uma multa sendo que já foi paga é o vai e vem do país de primeiro mundo .... é igual ter tecnologia e ainda usar lampião..ou lamparina , é uma crítica não do cartório em si mas em geral tudo é burocrático até para entrar em um banco .
Brazil ,,, why go to a registry office just to write off a fine, which has already been paid, is coming and going from the country of the first world .... it is the same to have technology and still use a lamp ... or a lamp, it is a criticism not of the registry office itself but in general everything is bureaucratic even to enter a bank.

They put my mother's name wrong before the pandemic, now I need to get a passport but it won't go because it's diverging, but now people don't want to work anymore and because of them I was harmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra regularizar um título é um sacrifício enorme! Esse cartório vive fechado, mandam agendar horário por e-mail, mas o e-mail acho que nem existe! a resposta vem em inglês dizendo que é e-mail dos correios!
To regularize a title is a huge sacrifice! This registry office is closed, they send an appointment by e-mail, but the e-mail doesn't even exist! the answer comes in English saying that it is e-mail from the post office!
