Ocorre não enviaram minuta, questionei e só responderam após muitos dias, informando que estavam aguardando o termo de acordo, termo este que nunca recebi. Não respondem email ou whatsapp. Criam expectativa no cliente e depois não correspondem.
I had a bad first experience. They got in touch and after the negotiation we accepted the proposal. It happens that they did not send a draft, I questioned it and only replied after many days, stating that they were waiting for the agreement term, a term that I never received. They don't answer email or whatsapp. They create expectations in the customer and then do not correspond.
