★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente me decepcionei com serviço da Justweb. Quando entrei em contato para solicitar a contração do serviço em primeiro momento não foi possível realizar a instalação devido a um problema interno no prédio onde morava, depois de muita briga com sindico para a prestadora entrar no prédio a instalação só aconteceu depois de 4 dias. 1 ano depois precisei mudar para meu endereço e ai que começou a pior dor de cabeça. Solicitei a troca de endereço para uma data na qual estava disponivel e nao foi realizado, isso porque recebi mais de 4 ligações de confirmação do agendamento, entrei em contato por diversas vezes para cancelar ja que todos os agendamentos de transferência de endereço não foi feita eles nunca cancelam meu plano

 Unfortunately I was disappointed with Justweb's service. When I got in touch to request the contracting of the service at first it was not possible to perform the installation due to an internal problem in the building where I lived, after a lot of fight with the syndicate for the provider to enter the building the installation only happened after 4 days. 1 year later I needed to move to my address and that's when the worst headache started. I requested the change of address for a date on which it was available and it was not carried out, that's because I received more than 4 appointment confirmation calls, I contacted them several times to cancel since all the address transfer appointments were not made. never cancel my plan
