★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionária não se atenta ao pedido de retirada de ingredientes, minha cunhada de 5 anos é alérgica a champignon na qual minha sogra havia pedido para mim retirar.
Pedi para trocar a pizza e disseram que ja tinham encerrado e que não iriam trocar, pedi então que me devolvessem o dinheiro na mesma forma que paguei (via pix) e disseram que iriam devolver somente quando o motoboy pegasse a pizza, motoboy demorou mais de 1h para pegar e quando avisei a atendente que poderia fazer o pix pois ja tinha sido devolvida, se recusou e disse que o motoboy me daria em dinheiro, disse à ela que o motoboy ja tinha ido embora e que eu não queria em dinheiro e sim na mesma forma de pagamento que eu havia pagado, atendente então desligou o Wi-Fi e me deixou falando sozinha, com muito custo fez a devolução do meu dinheiro em forma de pix após eu ameaçar chamar a polícia.
Todas as vezes que pedimos não tivemos problemas mas dessa vez foi um descaso total com o cliente, estamos transtornados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a anos. Melhor lanche da cidade. Muito bem montado e saboroso. Maionese caseira precisa comprar a parte, mas é a melhor. Fiz uma compra em dezembro e chegou até brinde de Natal.
I've been a customer for years. Best snack in town. Very well assembled and tasty. Homemade mayonnaise needs to buy the part, but it's the best. I made a purchase in December and even a Christmas gift.
