Fiz o pedido pelo iFood, e depois de 1:30 do tempo ja ultrapassado informado pelo app, liguei na loja para cancelar o pedido, e a atendente, talvez por orientação, desligou o telefone na minha cara ao não conseguir dar uma simples informação. Infelizmente somente depois de ter feito o pedido foi q me atentei aos comentários. Nunca mais compro nesse estabelecimento.
Bad experience. I placed the order through iFood, and after 1:30 am of the time already exceeded informed by the app, I called the store to cancel the order, and the attendant, perhaps for guidance, hung up the phone in my face when I couldn't give a simple information. Unfortunately, it was only after I made the request that I paid attention to the comments. I never shop at this establishment again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu pedido, não tinha todos os ingredientes, a loja me enviou um chat via ifood (ao meu ver poderia ter me ligado, pois tem essa opção na plataforma) quando respondi sobre a troca do sabor, perguntei se iria demorar, disse que estava aguardando o motoboy, 1 hora depois e nada chegou, ligo ninguém atende, tentei o telefone cadastrado na plataforma, o telefone que está no Google e nada, ouro descaso, problemas todos tem, ingredientes podem faltar, minha reclamação é pela falta de resposta, pela demora, sempre gostei do kabir mas nesta gestão (acredito que tenha mudado, só pode) está péssimo.
I placed my order, I didn't have all the ingredients, the store sent me a chat via ifood (in my opinion, they could have called me, because there is this option on the platform) when I answered about changing the flavor, I asked if it would take time, I said I was waiting for the motoboy, 1 hour later and nothing has arrived, I call no one answers, I tried the phone number registered on the platform, the phone that is on Google and nothing, gold neglect, everyone has problems, ingredients may be missing, my complaint is for the lack of response, due to the delay, I always liked kabir but in this management (I believe it has changed, it can only be) it is terrible.

Ontem decidimos pedir de novo, exatamente as 19:58, quando deu 21:30 estranhamos e mandamos mensagem no chat, as 22:10 responderam dizendo que o motoboy não achava o endereço, e realmente é difícil de achar, quando meu namorado disse que estava saindo para encontrá-lo, pasmem: eles disseram que o motoboy nem havia saído ainda ? continuamos esperando e ligamos, a moça disse que ia verificar e respondia no chat, as 22:40 ela disse que havia saído para entrega então meu namorado ficou na ponta da viela esperando ele, até as 23:30 cansamos e fomos dormir, mas eu estava super revoltada e mandei um monte de mensagem descarregando minha indignação ? as 00:15 disseram que estavam liberando os pedidos mas até então já tínhamos perdido as esperanças… Hoje de manhã quando acordo, está lá “pedido entregue”, e quando eu questionei eles responderam “porque sim” (mensagem apagada) JURO POR TUDO KKKKKK
Detalhes importantes: depois das 22h00 não tinha mais nada aberto perto, então não tinha como pedir outra coisa.
Não tinha como cancelar, o iFood disse que tinha que ser tratado com o restaurante (eu tb nunca vi isso)
Nesse meio tempo em que não chegava foram mais de 15 ligações, mas eles só atenderam 2.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
Yesterday we decided to ask again, exactly at 19:58, when it was 21:30 we were surprised and we sent a message in the chat, at 22:10 they replied saying that the motoboy couldn't find the address, and it's really hard to find, when my boyfriend said that I was leaving to meet him, amazing: they said the motoboy hadn't even left yet ? we kept waiting and we called, the girl said she was going to check and answered in the chat, at 22:40 she said she had left for delivery so my boyfriend stayed at the end of the alley waiting for him, until 23:30 we got tired and went to sleep, but I was super angry and sent a lot of messages unloading my indignation ? at 00:15 they said they were releasing the orders but by then we had lost hope … This morning when I wake up, there is “order delivered”, and when I questioned they answered “why yes” (message deleted) I swear on everything lol
Important details: after 22:00 there was nothing else open nearby, so there was no way to ask for anything else.
There was no way to cancel, iFood said it had to be dealt with with the restaurant (I've never seen that either)
In the meantime, there were more than 15 calls, but they only answered 2.
