★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem pedi 3 pizzas as 20:40 hrs, no app deu a previsão de entrega para as 21:30 hrs, porém não chegou, após as 22hrs eu comecei a mandar msg e ligar e não tive resposta, quando foi as 22:47hrs não responderam as msgs que eu estava mandando e mandaram uma msg perguntando o número da minha residência, após uns 10 minutos o motoboy chegou onde eu já tinha feito até janta esperando a resposta sobre se ia entregar ou não.
Uma falta de respeito comno consumidor onde já fui até comemora aniversário de amigo no local quando tinha rodízio por indicação minha, infelizmente perderam um cliente de anos.
 Yesterday I ordered 3 pizzas at 20:40 hrs, the app gave the delivery forecast for 21:30 hrs, but it didn't arrive, after 22:00 I started texting and calling and I had no response, when it was 22:47 hrs no they replied to the messages I was sending and sent a message asking for my home number, after about 10 minutes the motoboy arrived where I had already made dinner waiting for the answer on whether to deliver or not.
A lack of respect with the consumer where I've been to celebrate a friend's birthday at the place when there was a carvery on my recommendation, unfortunately they lost a customer for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza muito boa, bem recheada, qualidade boa , motoboy que entregou super cuidadoso e gentil. Comprei a pizza trem quem comprar não vai de arrepender é muiito grande e saborosa, já a esfirra que pedi de twix não gostei pensei que seria o palito de twix e não veio assim, recheio foi bolacha, doce de leite e chocolate. Mas a pizza é boa recomendo
Very good pizza, well stuffed, good quality, courier who delivered super careful and kind. I bought the train pizza, whoever buys it won't regret it, it's very large and tasty, as the sfirra I ordered from twix I didn't like it, I thought it would be the twix toothpick and it didn't come like that, the filling was biscuits, dulce de leche and chocolate. But the pizza is good, I recommend it

Pedimos 02 pizzas hoje ( 05/03 ) pelo aplicativo as 21:40 hrs, quando deu 23:30 hrs começarmos a ligar, depois de quase 10 minutos de insistência , atenderam e disse que estavam apenas 10 minutos atrasados pq aos finais de semana era prazo de 90 minutos. Tá ok ... aí disseram que iriam me ligar entre 5 minutos, passador 20 minutos liguei novamente e eles disseram que já tinha saído as pizzas, quando deu 00:15 hrs ligamos novamente e outra atendente disse que que deu problemas no sistema ( MENTIRA ), mesmo assim fingi que acreditei e perguntei e pedi pra ela ser sincera comigo se as pizzas já estava feita, ela respondeu na maior cara de pau, que não estava feita ainda.
Resumo: estou fazendo janta as 00:40 hrs pq a minhas pizzas não chegaram ... o que era pra ser uma noite agradável, se tornou um pesadelo.
Sem compromisso com seus clientes .. e fora os comentários aqui sempre os mesmos ... falta de respeito com todos .

We ordered 02 pizzas today (05/03) through the app at 21:40 hrs, when it was 23:30 hrs we started calling, after almost 10 minutes of insistence, they answered and said they were only 10 minutes late because on weekends it was period of 90 minutes. Okay... then they said they would call me within 5 minutes, after 20 minutes I called again and they said that the pizzas had already come out, when it was 00:15 hrs we called again and another attendant said that there were problems in the system (LIE ), even so I pretended to believe it and asked and asked her to be honest with me if the pizzas were already made, she replied in the biggest cock face, that it wasn't done yet.
Summary: I'm making dinner at 00:40 hrs because my pizzas didn't arrive... what was supposed to be a pleasant night, turned into a nightmare.
No commitment to their customers .. and outside the comments here are always the same ... lack of respect for everyone .
