★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida estava gostosa mas não tinha muitas variedades, parece que foi mal feita pois os cortes estavam grandes demais, o shimeji estava em pedaços enormes, o hot também muito grande. Pelo preço do kg deveria estar inclusa o sashimi mas ele é aparte e muito caro!
The food was delicious but it didn't have many varieties, it seems that it was poorly made because the cuts were too big, the shimeji was in huge pieces, the hot too big. For the price per kg, the sashimi should be included but it is separate and very expensive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou apaixonada pelo temaki frito, infelizmente, por esse motivo eu cheguei a relevar um atendimento de médio a ruim. Porém, depois de hoje, eu desisti, acabei de realizar um pedido em outro lugar e estou torcendo pra eu amar o temaki deles, mas mesmo assim, jamais pedirei novamente da empresa.
O temaki, na minha opinião é ótimo, já pedi shimeji lá e não gostei e acho o tarê salgado (gente kkkk eu falo com muito conhecimento REAL eu já cheguei a pedir lá TRÊS vezes na semana, isso em vários meses quase 1 ano)
Mas ao ter problemas com a plataforma do ifood ou tentar comprar diretamente com eles, QUALQUER COISA que precisasse do atendimento deles... Esquece! Simples assim, pq eles dão respostas curtas e sem solução alguma (quando respondem). Porque já passei dias esperando retorno e nunca tive... Bom, pra mim, hoje é um dia triste pq eu vim empurrando até hoje por gostar do temaki, mas decidi que vou experimentar outros até achar um que eu goste novamente.
I'm in love with fried temaki, unfortunately, for that reason I got to mention a medium to bad service. However, after today, I gave up, I just placed an order elsewhere and I'm hoping I love their temaki, but even so, I will never order from the company again.
The temaki, in my opinion, is great, I've already ordered shimeji there and I didn't like it and I think the tarê is salty (people lol I speak with a lot of REAL knowledge I've already ordered there THREE times a week, that's in several months, almost 1 year)
But when having problems with the ifood platform or trying to buy directly from them, ANYTHING that needed their service... Forget it! Simple as that, because they give short answers and no solution (when they do). Because I've spent days waiting for a response and I never got it... Well, for me, today is a sad day because I've been pushing until today because I like temaki, but I decided that I'll try others until I find one I like again.
