â â â â â ApĂłs achar alguns sapatos que me interessavam, perguntei ao vendedor se a loja poderia me dar um desconto. Ele foi e chamou e perguntou ao gerente da loja. O gerente me perguntou quantos pares de sapatos eu iria levar. Eu sĂł se 3 pares; Cerca de R$750. Ah sim eu dou desconto.
Quando terminei de escolher e fui pagar, o moça do caixa chamou o gerente para confirmar o desconto. O mal carĂĄter do gerente disse que nĂŁo poderia dar o desconto, pois era fim de mĂȘs e que se eu voltasse no mĂȘs que vem ele daria. Expliquei a ele que morava fora do Brasil. E ele me disse: "Ah mas da prĂłxima vzs que vc vier aqui de novo, eu te dou o desconto." Eu disse a ele, "NĂŁo vai haver prĂłxima vzs, pois aqui eu nĂŁo volto nunca mais. De onde eu venho, a palavra empenhada vale a dignidade e carĂĄter do indivĂduo." Se fosse nos EUA o mal carĂĄter desse gerente, com toda certeza seria mandado embora.

â â â â â Eu confiava na Kallan atĂ© quase fazer minha Ășltima compra, fui ver um tĂȘnis da marca Timberland, provei o tĂȘnis, decidi levar e fui ao caixa, tudo normal como de costume, mas entĂŁo na hora de conferir os calçados notamos uma leve diferença entre o par, detalhes como nome da marca e logo eram inexistentes e diferentes, nessa ordem, de um pĂ© para o outro. A conclusĂŁo Ă© que eu tinha uma pĂ© rĂ©plica e um pĂ© original formando um par, nĂŁo foi possĂvel destrocar os pares porque esse jĂĄ era o Ășltimo, ou seja, alguĂ©m comprou meio par original, fora a incoveniente situação eu tbm perdi a confiança nos produtos da loja.

The conclusion is that I had a replica foot and an original foot forming a pair, it was not possible to destroy the pairs because this was the last one, that is, someone bought half the original pair, apart from the inconvenient situation I also lost confidence in the products from the store.

â â â â â Sinto que a lojas Cem parou no tempo, possui preços competitivos mas o atendimento Ă© lento, a fila do caixa Ă© terrĂvel, por mais que vocĂȘ va atĂ© a loja focado no que vai comprar separe pelo menos 1 hora por conta dos processos e filas, nĂŁo ha ar condicionado na loja, a cidade Ă© super quente.
I feel that Cem stores have stopped in time, they have competitive prices but service is slow, the checkout line is terrible, no matter how much you go to the store focused on what you're going to buy, set aside at least 1 hour because of the processes and lines, there is no air conditioning in the store, the city is super hot.

Em contato com a "empresa", me passaram informaçÔes divergentes, pois primeiramente me orientaram a ir na loja falar com o gerente e em um segundo momento me falaram que preciso entrar em contato com o fabricante. NĂŁo recomendo!
Low quality products. We bought a sneaker, apparently reinforced but with 4 times being used the sole is all coming off. In contact with the "company", they gave me divergent information, as they first told me to go to the store to talk to the manager and in a second moment they told me that I need to contact the manufacturer.
