Samara, garantiu a entrega até o dia 14/6 e na data da entrega simplesmente disse que não sabia o que dizer, mas o óculos não estava pronto. Expliquei que eu tinha viagem marcada e precisava do óculos e ela simplesmente disse que não podia fazer nada. Abri ouvidoria na central e no retorno o gerente Tiago, muito solícito, se ofereceu para enviar o óculos via sedex para o meu destino de viagem, porém acabei retirando na própria loja, ele me concedeu um desconto e me presenteou com um spray limpa lente. Fiquei satisfeita e farei outras compras neste local.
