★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A última experiência não foi tão boa na Kallan de rua pois o tennis que gostamos a vendedora não achou o par. Porém na loja do shopping fomos atendidos rapidamente e tinha o tênis.
 The last experience was not so good at Kallan street because the tennis we liked the seller did not find the pair. However, at the store in the mall, we were assisted quickly and had the sneakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja com minha família neste sábado 11/12/21 e a vendedora Dominiqui nos atendeu muito bem, super atenciosa, Parabéns Dominiqui.
Porém, no momento do pagamento notificaram que meu cartão estava bloqueado.
Ligaram na central, informei todos os meus dados para atualização do cadastro, porém, para minha infeliz surpresa, informaram que eu não poderia realizar a compra, pois, constava uma restrição em outra instituição que nem eu mesmo sabia!
Achei uma tremenda falta de consideração com o cliente, visto que já havia realizado inúmeras compras na rede Kallan e sempre honrei com os pagamentos.
Kallan, vocês precisam rever essa política perante clientes bons pagadores, pois, é lamentável uma postura tão discriminativa e julgamento sem ao menos analisar o histórico do cliente.
Parabéns pela incompetência e falta de consideração com o cliente.??
Ao sair da loja não me restou outra alternativa senão quebrar o cartão e NUNCA mais pisar numa loja Kallan.

I was at the store with my family this Saturday 11/12/21 and the seller Dominiqui served us very well, super attentive, Congratulations Dominiqui.
However, at the time of payment they were notified that my card was blocked.
They called the central, I informed all my data to update the registration, however, to my unhappy surprise, they informed me that I could not make the purchase, as there was a restriction in another institution that I didn't even know about!
I found a tremendous lack of consideration for the customer, as I had already made numerous purchases on the Kallan network and always honored with payments.
Kallan, you need to review this policy with good paying customers, because such a discriminating stance and judgment without even analyzing the customer's history is regrettable.
Congratulations on your incompetence and lack of consideration for the customer.??
When I left the store I had no choice but to break the card and NEVER step into a Kallan store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocaram um seguro no cartão, n informaram, descobri após a compra, n quiseram cancelar a compra e passar em um cartao que n fosse da loja, tenho q aguarda o seguro ser cancelado pra refazer o boleto sem o seguro. SOBRE O PARCELAMENTO C JUROS EM 8 VEZES. O CLIENTE E INFORMADO DE FORMA ERRADA,PRINCIPALMENTE IDOSOS. DIZEM Q PARCELA EM 8 VEZES E ADIANTANDO A PARCELA TEM DESCONTO, MAIS N EXPLICAM QUE O VALOR FICA 3 X MAIS . NO FIM O DESCONTO N FAZ A MENOR DIFERENÇA VOCE AINDA PAGA UMA DIFERENÇA ABSURDA DO VALOR DO PRODUTO NO JUROS DESSE PARCELAMENTO .
They put insurance on the card, they didn't inform, I found out after the purchase, they didn't want to cancel the purchase and use a card that wasn't from the store, I have to wait for the insurance to be canceled to redo the ticket without the insurance. ON INSTALLMENT C INTEREST IN 8 TIMES. THE CUSTOMER IS INFORMED WRONGLY, MAINLY THE ELDERLY. THEY SAY THAT THE INSTALLMENT IN 8 TIMES AND ADVANCE THE INSTALLMENT HAS DISCOUNT, BUT THEY DON'T EXPLAIN THAT THE VALUE IS 3 X MORE. IN THE END THE DISCOUNT DOESN'T MAKE THE SMALL DIFFERENCE YOU STILL PAY AN ABSURD DIFFERENCE IN THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT IN THE INTEREST ON THIS INSTALLMENT.

The store is good, but I never seem to find what I'm looking for there kkkkkkk amazing, and the bathroom is absurd, 1 toilet to be used by men, women, disabled and children, filthy bathroom.
