Mais recentemente tive um problema com defeito de fabricação de um sapato , onde passei a ser atendida por a gerente Jane onde me atendeu e me orientou super hiper mega bem , ontem ao retornar tive a felicidade novamente de ser atendida por esta excelente profissional sanado minhas nescecidade com muita boa vontade. Hje o SAC da fábrica me ligou pra eu me dirigir a loja pra retirar um novo par de sapatos, agradeci explique que já estava resolvido. Obrigada Jane gerente da lojas de sapatos de são Vicente por seu excelente atendimento ao cliente.
I always bought Dallas in Sao Vicente for shoes being very well attended by whatever the seller was. More recently I had a problem with a defective shoe manufacturing, where I was attended by the manager Jane where I attended and guided me super hyper mega well, yesterday returning I had the happiness again to be met by this excellent professional remedied my need very willingly. Today the SAC of the factory called me to go to the store to remove a new pair of shoes, thanked explain that was already resolved. Thank you Jane manager of the St. Vincent shoe stores for your excellent customer service.
