Não respondem e-mails e contatos de interesse.
A pessoa que tem que ficar correndo atrás da imboliária para conseguir alugar.
Fora que fiquei na dúvida se os funcionários seguram o imóvel para alguém ou realmente não faziam questão de retornar meus contatos.
Terrible attendance.

Seria recomendado um up grade no site, um novo programa de busca, mais intuitivo, com muitas informações. Nós estamos vivendo uma fase de muitos aplicativos, pra tudo. Todos nós devemos nos informatizar. Não se deve negar novas tecnologias do futuro.
It has an old, super outdated website. Making the user's search very confusing, and with little information. An up grade on the site would be recommended, a new, more intuitive search program with lots of information. We are experiencing a phase of many applications, for everything. We should all be computerized. New technologies of the future should not be denied.

Visualizei um imóvel pelo site vivareal, enviei mensagem via whatsapp, e ngm me respondeu, entrei em ctt via telefone pedindo q me dessem alguma posição sobre o imóvel, me pediram para aguardar resposta no Whatsapp msm, apos alguns dias enviando interrogações responderam bem diretamente sem abertura para mais questionamentos, informando apenas que o proprietário estava viajando, qdo questionado para quando poderíamos agendar visita nao obtive nenhuma resposta até hj. Fiquei cismada, e enviei mensagem de mais dois números diferentes e adivinhem NENHUM deles obteve resposta. Isso a cerca de 1 mês na tentativa de ctt. Donos de imóveis façam um favor a vcs msm e não anunciem os seus imóveis nesta imobiliária.
Terrible! I visualized a property through the vivareal website, sent a message via whatsapp, and ngm answered me, I entered ctt via phone asking me to give me some position on the property, they asked me to wait for an answer on Whatsapp msm, after a few days sending questions they responded well directly without opening for more questions, informing only that the owner was traveling, when asked when we could schedule a visit I did not get any answer until today. I was wondering, and sent a message from two different numbers and guess what, NO one got a response. This is about 1 month in the attempt to ctt. Homeowners do yourselves a favor and do not advertise your properties on this property.

Avisaram aos 45 do segundo tempo que a visita estava desmarcada, pois o proprietário iria deixar o imóvel com um familiar. Deixam s anuncios ativos no site e informa que não tem nenhum outro similar disponível.
Terrible,
They warned the 45th minute of the second half that the visit was canceled, as the owner would leave the property with a family member. They leave active ads on the site and inform you that there is no other similar one available.
