★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência ótima quando minha mãe foi comprar um imóvel, porém no setor de locação não fui bem atendida.
Fui pessoalmente na unidade do Parque das Nações e nem sequer me deixaram entrar, alegaram estar atendendo apenas por telefone, apesar de eu ter ido em outras 4 imobiliárias no mesmo dia e ter sido atendida normalmente..... Tentei entrar em contato por telefone 3x em 3 dias diferentes, a pessoa que atendeu sempre dizia que todos os corretores estavam ocupados, mas que se eu deixasse o meu número eles retornariam, o que não fizeram. Como várias das casas que vi na internet são dessa imobiliária insisti e liguei a 4 vez onde finalmente um corretor falou comigo, porém este também não pareceu me dar muita atenção, selecionei uma lista com 11 casas que se encaixavam aparentimente pelo anúncio da internet no que eu buscava, porém ele só deu retorno de 3. Já estava sem paciência com a falta de atenção prestada desde o início e fiz uma reclamação, só após ela o atendimento mudou completamente, foi agendada duas visitas para o próximo dia.

I went personally to the Parque das Nações unit and they didn't even let me in, they claimed to be answering only by phone, although I went to 4 other real estate agencies on the same day and was answered normally ..... I tried to contact by phone 3x on 3 different days, the person who answered always said that all brokers were busy, but that if I left my number they would return, which they did not do. As several of the houses I saw on the internet are from this real estate firm, I insisted and called the 4th time where a broker finally spoke to me, but this one didn't seem to pay much attention to me either, so I selected a list of 11 houses that apparently fit by the internet ad on what I was looking for it, but he only returned 3. He was already out of patience with the lack of attention provided from the beginning and I made a complaint, only after it the service changed completely, two visits were scheduled for the next day.

Para resolver as coisas tem que ser um pouco grosso.
Funcionários fazem de tudo para tardar os processos quando você desocupa o imóvel.
Inclusive se você não ficar em cima não concluem a retirada das contas do seu nome e o custo fica para vc!
Qualquer coisa é um parto.
Eu depois de 12 anos de contrato tive só stresse com essa imobiliária.
Não recomendo!!!

To work things out it has to be a little thick.
Staff do everything to delay the processes when you vacate the property.
Even if you don't stay on top, they don't complete the withdrawal of your name accounts and the cost is for you!
Anything is a birth.
After 12 years of contract, I only had stress with this real estate agency.
I do not recommend!!!

1 não usem ela, os problemas serão certos e as tratativas desagradáveis
2 se for o caso, mude o contrato de cabo a rabo para se beneficiar, pois existem coisas simples que no qual vc vai se iludindo pelo sorriso e suporte excessivo que eles dão até assinar o contrato, mas depois, se demonstram pessoas sem vocês e e totalmente insentos de qualquer responsabilidade. São várias peladinhas como por exemplo você ter 40 dias para esperar o comprador a mudar o nome das contas mas se ele não pagar, eles não fazem nada, nem avisam o cara
Eles recebem a corretagem, recebem caixinha, e depois disso com certeza já tem respostas formatadas para todos os clientes.
3 essa foi minha experiência com os corretores Renata e Brandão.
4 não se ocupem a responder que o contrato diz bla bla bla... eu já estou dizendo aqui ?. Eh uma pegadinha! Te dou qualquer ajuda e suporte e vai ser tudo maravilhoso e nas entrelinhas com e sentindo-se ocultos você eh levado a contrato. O nome disso qual eh?

Você aluga o imóvel com problema manda reclamação via WhatsApp eles não anotam no sistema quando vc entrega o imóvel colocam diversas coisas no laudo e vc tem que pagar
