★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O loja é boa o gerente atencioso. Mas a atendente é pécima .e não dá muita assistência.. só por que estava retirando material escolar da prefeitura.. deu poucas informações e atendeu muito mal..
The store is good, the manager is attentive. But the attendant is terrible .and doesn't give much assistance.. just because she was taking school supplies from the city hall.. she gave little information and answered very poorly..

Infelizmente comprei um produto que o vendedor acabou me dando informação errada (o fone não tinha microfone, ele disse que tinha) e acabei comprando. Mas é possível fazer a troca em qualquer Kalunga, isso acabou facilitando depois. Mas ainda assim, sei que não foi por mal, mas comprei errado por info incorreta.
A good Kalunga store with an interesting variety of products. Unfortunately I bought a product that the seller ended up giving me wrong information (the headset didn't have a microphone, he said it did) and I ended up buying it. But it is possible to make the exchange in any Kalunga, this ended up making it easier later. But still, I know I didn't mean it, but I bought it wrong because of incorrect info.
