â â â â â Fui hoje levar minha filha de 12 dias para a consulta com a pediatra. Primeira coisa ruim, Ă© o ar condicionado que nĂŁo dĂĄ vazĂŁo, vĂĄrias pessoas entre adultos e crianças em um ambiente fechado e sem janelas. Um ambiente onde poderiam haver pessosas doentes.....sem circulação de ar. Segundo ponto, foi a demora no atendimento. EstĂĄvamos agendados para as 13:50, chegamos lĂĄ, 15 minutos antes e fomos atendidos somente as 14:55, detalhe, jĂĄ havia uma mĂŁe esperando com o filho desde as 13:00 para uma consulta agendada as 13:10 e sĂł foi atendida as 14:00. Entendo que atrasos acontecem, mas o mĂnimo que se espera Ă© que alguĂ©m vĂĄ explicar o porque do atraso. Em fim, fui e nĂŁo volto mais. Nem recomendo.
Today I went to take my 12-day-old daughter to see her pediatrician. First bad thing, is the air conditioning that does not give out, several people between adults and children in a closed environment and without windows. An environment where people could be sick ..... without air circulation. Second point, was the delay in service. We were scheduled for 13:50, we got there, 15 minutes before and we were attended only at 14:55, detail, there was already a mother waiting with her son since 13:00 for an appointment scheduled at 13:10 and was only attended at 14:00. I understand that delays happen, but the least that is expected is that someone will explain the reason for the delay. In the end, I went and I won't be back. I don't even recommend it.

â â â â â Fui informada pelo aplicativo da AMIL que deveria chegar para a consulta com 30 min de antecedĂȘncia, consulta marcada Ă s 12:10hs. Cheguei no horĂĄrio e tenho como comprovar porque fui de UBER, cheguei Ă s 11:35hs, e sĂł fui atendida Ă s 13:10hs, uma hora e meia depois. Sendo que busquei a minha filha na escola Ă s 11 horas, ou seja ela estava sem almoçar, cheguei no local sĂł havia um paciente que logo foi atendido e liberado, apos a minha chegada uns 20 min depois, chegaram mais dois pacientes (atrasados) e foram chamados na frente da minha filha. Totalmente errado. Fui perguntar a atendente que relatou que os pacientes sĂŁo atendidos no horĂĄrio marcado. Que horĂĄrio marcado?!. Um absurso, muita falta de respeito com as pessoas. Estou indignada. ???
