★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os móveis são lindos, porém o atendimento é o PIOR que eu já tive! Comprei um sofá na loja KarolDesing do São Gonçalo Shopping, o prazo de entrega é bem longo 30 dias úteis. A atendente Y é a pior comerciária que já tive o desprazer de conhecer. A vendedora não sabia mexer no sistema de emissão de NF com isso fiquei quase 02 horas para concluir minha compra (acho que era um sinal para sair de lá), logo teve que preencher uma NF a mão, passado alguns dias liguei para o celular informado na NF, e a dona Y muito deselegante informou que estava no prazo da entrega que eu deveria esperar, então eu pedi uma data de previsão já que na NF não tinha essas informações, ela disse que era 30 dias e para aguardar mais. Duas semanas depois eu liguei novamente e dona Y como antes, disse que estava no prazo, e eu questionei se o prazo seria para entrega na data X, e ele disse que o prazo era 30 dias ÚTEIS... Que isso estava na NF, lembrando que a NF está com esses campos da entrega em branco... E para minha surpresa no dia entrega tinha TAXA de entrega, olha que beleza! Mas advinha, eu liguei para Dona Y, primeiro ela não me atendeu, aí meu marido ligou do número dele e ela atendeu, e questionei sobre a entrega pois ela não tinha informado nada disso e na NF estava em branco! Ela disse que me avisou e estava na NF! Gente uma piada essa vendedora e os palhaços somos nós. Enfim paguei a entrega, a vendedora se limitou a dizer que eu tinha que pagar e é isso. Péssimo atendimento, péssima vendedora, deveria selecionar melhor os atendentes pelo preço que cobram nos móveis. Experiência ruim, mas o sofá pelo menos é bom.

The furniture is beautiful, but the service is the WORST I've ever had! I bought a sofa at the KarolDesing store at São Gonçalo Shopping, the delivery time is very long 30 working days. Attendant Y is the worst shopkeeper I ever had the displeasure to meet. The seller did not know how to use the NF issuing system, so I spent almost 2 hours to complete my purchase (I think it was a signal to get out of there), then I had to fill in an NF by hand, after a few days I called the cell phone. in the NF, and the very inelegant owner Y informed that it was within the delivery period that I should wait, so I asked for a forecast date since the NF did not have this information, she said it was 30 days and to wait longer. Two weeks later I called again and Ms. Y, as before, said she was on time, and I asked if the deadline would be for delivery on date X, and she said that the deadline was 30 BUSINESS days... That this was in the NF, remembering that the NF has these delivery fields blank... And to my surprise, on the day of delivery there was a delivery RATE, look how beautiful! But guess what, I called Dona Y, first she didn't answer me, then my husband called from his number and she answered, and I asked about the delivery because she hadn't informed any of this and the NF was blank! She said she warned me and was in the NF! People a joke this saleswoman and the clowns are us. I finally paid for the delivery, the seller just said that I had to pay and that's it. Terrible service, terrible salesperson, you should better select the attendants for the price they charge on furniture. Bad experience, but the sofa is at least good.
