★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No último banho meu golden veio com o pelo lindo e muito bem escovado. Normalmente em outros pets shops ele vem com o pelo todo esvoraçado. Tipo, secam rápido e de qualquer jeito, fica feio. Parece cachorro maltratado. Vcs arrasaram!
 In the last bath my golden came with the beautiful hair and very well brushed. Normally in other pet shops it comes with the hair all ravaged. Like, they dry fast and anyway, it gets ugly. It looks like a battered dog. You guys rocked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento ter que falar da.minha decepção de hoje.Antes da pandemia o atendimento era por uma senhora , acho q se chamava Sandra, ótima pessoa super organizada, infelizmente agora com a nova equipe nota zero.
Marquei essa semana um banho na minha cadelinha Sophia pra sábado as 16.00 ,na sexta me ligaram mudando pra 16.30 hrs e ai falei q ela estava marcada pra sábado e não sexta.
Cheguei sábado as 15.50 e ai a Sophia só foi atendida as 17.20 , super atrasadas e como não bastassem eu esperando e as funcionárias tirando fotos de um e cão que tinham saído do banho. E eu esperando ser atendida.
I'm sorry to have to talk about my disappointment today. Before the pandemic, the service was by a lady, I think her name was Sandra, a great super organized person, unfortunately now with the new team, score zero.
This week I scheduled a bath in my dog Sophia for Saturday at 16.00, on Friday they called me changing it to 16.30 hrs and then I said she was scheduled for Saturday and not Friday.
I arrived on Saturday at 15.50 and then Sophia was only seen at 17.20, super late and as it wasn't enough I was waiting and the employees taking pictures of a dog that had come out of the bath. And I waiting to be answered.

All very expensive, prices out of our current reality....I think that person (Mrs. Carol) only thinks about the money, not us (Pets). That was my assessment.

I take my Pet for some time for grooming and bathing at Karol Pet, where she is treated very well by Ivanilda, the service is great and the staff are very friendly.
