★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo vendo diversas e diversas opiniões ruins sobre Karts quebrados e atendimento ruim mal humorado, fomos comprovar. Pois bem, somente em nossa bateria com 4 karts apenas, tivemos 4 trocas de kart por motivos diversos, inclusive a embreagem de um deles se soltou e bateu diretamente na costela de um dos meninos, machucando o mesmo. Acredito que ninguém que anda de kart nestas pistas amadoras é profissional....portanto batidas e erros de direção são inevitáveis, portanto não adianta justificar que carros quebram devido a batidas, alías por tratar com amadores, a pista e o kart deveria ser próprios para isso. Eu fiquei quase metade da corrida com o kart parado e trocando de kart, fora o atendimento mal humorado dos funcionários, terrível, péssima experiência, o que era pra ser diversão torna-se perigo e passamos somente nervoso. Deveriam no mínimo devolver o valor por ficamos mais tempo no box do que no Kart......vemos nas outras reclamações exatamente o mesmo conteúdo, dizem que vão melhorar os karts mas pelo jeito é só papo.....ainda acusam os pilotos amadores de baterem de propósito. Lamentável. Vamos ver a desculpa que vão inventar pra mais essa reclamação. Ainda tiveram a audácia, de perguntar pra um amigo envolvido em uma batida, se éramos amigos mesmo....pois teve uma batida de propósito para machucar...absurdo! Analisando fortemente se entramos com um processo contra este local. Não recomendo este lugar enquanto estiver nesta precariedade de karts e atendimento altamente despreparado.
 Even seeing several and several bad opinions about broken Karts and bad moody service, we went to check it out. Well, only in our battery with 4 karts, we had 4 kart changes for different reasons, including the clutch of one of them came loose and hit directly on the rib of one of the boys, hurting him. I believe that no one who rides karts on these amateur tracks is a professional....so crashes and steering errors are inevitable, so it's no use justifying that cars break down due to crashes, alias for dealing with amateurs, the track and the kart should be their own for this. I spent almost half of the race with the kart stopped and changing karts, apart from the grumpy service from the staff, terrible, bad experience, what was supposed to be fun became danger and we were just nervous. They should at least refund the amount because we stayed longer in the box than in Kart......we see in the other complaints exactly the same content, they say they will improve the karts but apparently it's just chat.....they still accuse amateur pilots from crashing on purpose. Unfortunate. Let's see the excuse they will come up with for this complaint. They even had the audacity to ask a friend involved in a raid, if we were really friends....because there was a crash on purpose to hurt...absurd! Strongly reviewing whether we file a lawsuit against this location. I do not recommend this place while in this precariousness of karts and highly unprepared service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no Kart no dia 18/12 pré reservei via whatsapp bateria com 6 pessoas, como não havia lotação conseguimos fazer antes do horário combinado, o estabelecimento dispõe de um lugar com venda de salgados, nada muito requintado só pra beliscar, os funcionários são atenciosos apesar de não estarem usando máscara o espaço é muito amplo e corre muito ar, o kart empresta o macacão e o capacete, você precisa comprar as luvas e a balaclava por um valor de 14R$, infelizmente não há como usar macacões totalmente limpos visto que foram usados por outras pessoas e não há como lavar na hora mas é feito um rodízio de macacão desta forma nos foi dado um dos que não havia sido usado na última corrida, num geral o preço é muito bom, os funcionários explicam bem como funciona a bateria e é só diversão.
I went on the Kart on 12/18 pre booked via whatsapp battery with 6 people, as there was no capacity we were able to make it before the agreed time, the establishment has a place selling snacks, nothing very refined just to snack, the staff are attentive although they are not wearing a mask, the space is very wide and there is a lot of air, the kart borrows the overalls and the helmet, you need to buy the gloves and the balaclava for a cost of 14R$, unfortunately there is no way to use totally clean overalls since they were used by other people and there is no way to wash them right away, but overalls are rotated so we were given one of those that had not been used in the last race, in general the price is very good, the staff explain well how the drums and it's just fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por se tratar do niver do meu filho (Pedro 12 anos) todos da família gostaram... foi um momento bem divertido. Tivemos muitos carros quebrados principalmente no aniversariante(parte chata). Iremos novamente...
As it was my son's birthday (Pedro 12 years old) everyone in the family liked it... it was a really fun time. We had a lot of cars broken down especially on the birthday boy (boring part). We will go again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Gostei muito de conhecer o kartodromo. O traçado é bem pequeno, cerca de 310 metros, para quem já está acostumado a correr de Kart pode sentir um pouco, porém suporta otimamente bem os carros que são de 6.5 HP.
Com certeza vou voltar para passear e brincar, pois é um local aconchegante, possui local para as crianças brincar, piscina de bolinhas, sofás e lanchonete. Fui muito bem recepcionado pela equipe, desde meu agendamento feito por encaixe até o final da corrida.
Não dei 5 estrelas, pois um dos pontos negativos que achei foi as bandeiradas que talvez por ser uma pista pequena para a quantidade de karts em pista, muitas vezes não conseguem levantar a bandeira azul a tempo, por exemplo.
No geral eu recomendo para quem deseja brincar.
The place is very well located and easily accessible. I really enjoyed getting to know the kartodromo. The track is very small, about 310 meters, for those who are already used to racing in karts can feel a little, but it supports excellently well the cars that are of 6.5 HP.
I will definitely come back for a walk and play, as it is a cozy place, it has a place for children to play, a ball pool, sofas and a snack bar. I was very well received by the team, from my docking schedule until the end of the race.
I didn't give 5 stars, because one of the negative points I found was the flagships, which perhaps because it is a small track for the amount of karts on the track, often fail to raise the blue flag in time, for example.
Overall I recommend it to anyone who wants to play.
