★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, liguei, informei o problema e quem atendeu, sei lá quem é, muito mal educado e falou pra eu esquecer a impressora e que não tinha jeito, o sujeito nunca viu a impressora e dá diagnósticos baseado no que diz disse ter mais de 25 anos de experiência.
Poor service, I called, informed the problem and who answered, I don't know who it is, very rude and told me to forget the printer and that there was no way, the guy never saw the printer and gives diagnoses based on what he says he has more than 25 years of experience.

My experience with attending the attendant was negative. He was rude to me and I filed a complaint directly with him and he was even more rude. The client should be treated with warmth and kindness.
