Quando fui fechar a compra depois de esperar um bom tempo para ser atendida falou que não tinha mais. Ou seja, anunciam os produtos sem está disponível para a venda. Além disso, obtive informações de outra cliente que eles são péssimos na entrega e na montagem. Ainda bem que não comprei e me livrei de mais estresse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem bons produtos e preços justos, o atendimento também é bom, mas nada disso vale se na na hora da entrega e da montagem os caras matam vc do coração. Primeiro a entrega, eles pedem 15 dias uteis para entregar uma única peça, já é um tempo bastante longo, além disso não informam um período da entrega, se será pela manhã ou a tarde, ou seja, vc tem que ficar o dia inteiro em casa esperando. No meu caso, foram entregar as 3 da tarde.
Após a entrega marquei com o vendedor (Ramon) a montagem , foi acordado para a semana seguinte, numa segunda tarde. Na segunda passei uma msg para o vendedor pedindo a confirmação da montagem, foi confirmado. O montador veio aparecer quase as 18hrs, terminou de montar o móvel a noite. Fez uma boa montagem, não tenho do que reclamar, porém a empresa devia organizar melhor seus horários, para evitar este desgaste com o cliente.

First the delivery, they ask for 15 working days to deliver a single piece, it is already quite a long time, besides they do not inform a delivery period, whether it will be in the morning or in the afternoon, that is, you have to stay all day in home waiting. In my case, they went to deliver at 3 pm.
After delivery, I scheduled the assembly with the seller (Ramon), it was agreed for the following week, on a second afternoon. On Monday I sent a message to the seller asking for confirmation of the assembly, it was confirmed. The assembler came to appear almost 18hrs, finished assembling the furniture at night. He did a good assembly, I have nothing to complain about, but the company should organize its schedules better, to avoid this wear and tear with the customer.
