★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi muito agradável oferecendo produtos na medida certa ( não ficam empurrando as coisas) a loja é bem organizada e bem localizada. Senti falta de mais variedade de produtos. Recomendo como uma opção para moda plus size.
 The service was very pleasant offering products in the right measure (do not keep pushing things) the shop is well organized and well located. I felt lack of more variety of products. Highly recommend as an option for plus size fashion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos em geral são de qualidade mediana. Conhecemos a kaue bem, e como a maioria das lojas, perderam a qualidade têxtil. Preços são salgados. Mas pela falta de oferta, ainda nos vemos presos a empresa que tem melhor variedade que outras de mesmo estilo
The products in general are of average quality. We know kaue well, and like most stores, they have lost their textile quality. Prices are hefty. But due to the lack of supply, we are still stuck with a company that has a better variety than others of the same style.

Eu e minha familia somos clientes há alguns anos da loja Kaue.
Gostamos dos produtos, as vendedoras da Lj. de Pinheiros são muito atenciosas.
Porém, tive problema agora, no dia 04 de novembro, com uma camisa que comprei pra usar no aniversário de 03 anos de minha filha.
Quando fui lavar a camisa, deixei de molho em balde só com sabão em pó, e só a camisa no balde, como sempre faço com minhas caminhas, nem havia levado a mesma a máquina de lavar ainda.
E a TINTA SAIU TODA NO BALDE! Fui na loja agora no dia 04.11, e me passaram que a peça seria analisada na fábrica e demoraria 30 dias pra dar uma resposta. Até AGORA ESTOU AGUARDANDO TAL RESPOSTA!
Acho que uma Loja que tem uma clientela tão especial como a Kauê, deveria ter mais atenção e cuidado com seus clientes.
Poderiam já ter me oferecido uma camisa similar NO DIA QUE FUI NA LOJA, e depois fariam a tal análise.
Eu e minha familia temos coleções de camisas, calças, jaquetas e demais peças desta Loja, portanto, gostaria de ter tido um melhor tratamento da MARCA KAUÊ, no caso que aqui informei.
DECEPTION AFTER MANY FAITHFUL YEARS THE BRAND!
My family and I have been customers of the Kaue store for some years.
We like the products, the salespeople of Lj. from Pinheiros are very attentive.
However, I had a problem now, on November 4th, with a shirt I bought to wear on my daughter's 3rd birthday.
When I went to wash my shirt, I left it in a bucket with only washing powder, and only the shirt in the bucket, as I always do with my beds, I hadn't even taken the washing machine yet.
AND THE INK LEFT ALL IN THE BUCKET! I went to the store now on 04.11, and I was told that the piece would be analyzed at the factory and it would take 30 days to give an answer. So far I AM WAITING FOR SUCH ANSWER!
I think that a store that has a clientele as special as Kauê, should have more attention and care with its customers.
They could have already offered me a similar shirt THE DAY I WAS AT THE STORE, and then they would do that analysis.
My family and I have collections of shirts, trousers, jackets and other items from this Store, so I would have liked to have had a better treatment from the BRAND KAUÊ, in the case I reported here.

Funcionárias super simpáticas, cordiais e muito eficientes.
Tem site também que dá pra ver o que tem de bom na loja.
