★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Kenzo é o seguinte: eles tem de tudo, tudo é muito gostoso, mas.. atendimento péssimo. Pedi rodízio, acabei pedindo um pouco de cada pra experimentar, estava na parte de dentro e a gritaria dos funcionários na cozinha era insuportável além disso ficaram olhando com cara ruim pra minha mesa, ainda faltava mais de uma hora pra fecharem e estavam quase nos expulsando do lugar.
Uma dica: antes de terminar sua primeira rodada já peça a segunda porque demoram muito.
Salmão é muito fresco e gostoso, temaki muito bom tbm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo o rodízio. Muita opções, sem limites (inclusive no salmão) e com sobremesas. Tem desde as peças normais, que vem em barcas, até yakisoba, macarrão com camarão, e etc... vários pratos com camarão pra quem curte.
I love the rotation. Plenty of options, without limits (including salmon) and with desserts. It has everything from normal pieces, which come in boats, to yakisoba, pasta with shrimp, and etc ... various dishes with shrimp for those who enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui apenas uma vez, no começo fomos muito bem atendidos, estava tudo perfeito, a qualidade e variedade do sushi não tenho do quê reclamar, realmente muito bons. Porém deixou a desejar no atendimento final que foi péssimo. Não nos avisaram sobre o horário, e as 22h solicitamos as sobremesas e simplesmente no disseram que a cozinha tinha encerrado os trabalhos e não tinha como fazer a sobremesas. Olha que absurdo, sendo que era direito nosso a sobremesa e não tiveram a consideração de nós avisar pelo menos antes que a cozinha ia fechar e que agente pedisse logo as sobremesas. Enfim, o garçom foi muito mal educado, e fomos falar com o dono na hora de pagar a conta, pior ainda, nos tratou super mal, e nem deu satisfação sobre as sobremesas. Fomos mal atendidos pelo funcionário e o dono tbm, todos grossos e mal educado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida japonesa (sushis etc) é muito boa, ambiente e atendimento tb, o preparo é super rápido mas as duas opções de sobremesa não vieram boas no dia que provei. Tinha uma "água" estranha no prato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida até que é boa, mas o atendimento é ruim. Os pedidos demoram bastante, você praticamente passa o rodízio todo esperando. Muitos pedidos vinheram faltando os Hot's.
The food is good, but the service is poor. Orders take a long time, you practically spend the whole rotation waiting. Many orders were missing the Hot's.
