Pedimos 4 sanduiches e todos vieram totalmente errados (3 Kentucky Chicken Sandwich e 1 Gran Catupiry Bacon).
Todos vieram com pães normais e não com os pães brioche, conforme é anunciado.
Todos os 3 Kentucky Chicken Sandwich, vieram com 2 filezinhos finos em cada sanduiche e não o filé de peito extracrocante, de acordo com o anunciado.
Os 2 filezinhos finos que vieram em cada sanduiche somados não chegam a 100 gramas, tendo em vista que o anunciado, um filé de peito extracrocante, possuindo 140 gramas.
No Gran Catupiry Bacon, veio apenas 2 minúsculos pedacinhos de bacon, não chegando nem a ser considerado fatias descentes.
Tentamos procurar o telefone deste estabelecimento na internet, para realizar um contato e tentar retificar meu pedido, mas sem nenhum sucesso.
Péssimo serviço, não existindo nenhuma aproximação com os clientes por contato telefônico ou, no mínimo, por meio de mensagens de whatsapp.
 Order made on 11/07/2020, at the KFC of Plaza Niterói, through UBER Eats.
We ordered 4 sandwiches and they all came totally wrong (3 Kentucky Chicken Sandwich and 1 Gran Catupiry Bacon).
All came with normal breads and not brioche breads, as announced.
All 3 Kentucky Chicken Sandwich, came with 2 thin files on each sandwich and not the extra breast fillet, according to the announcement.
The 2 thin files that came in each sandwich added together do not reach 100 grams, considering that the advertised, an extra-crispy breast fillet, having 140 grams.
In the Gran Catupiry Bacon, only 2 tiny pieces of bacon came, not even being considered decent slices.
We tried to find the phone of this establishment on the internet, to make a contact and try to rectify my order, but without any success.
Bad service, there is no contact with customers by telephone contact or, at least, through whatsapp messages.

Pedimos um Cheddar Melt, um Kentucky Chicken Sandwich, batata secreta, milkshake de morango e suco de uva.
Os sanduíches estavam bons, com o tempero apimentado de sempre no ponto certo. A batata secreta é uma delícia. O milkshake me surpreendeu, ainda não tinha provado o milkshake do KFC. O suco estava completamente quente.
Super fast service because there was no one waiting for service.
We ordered a Cheddar Melt, a Kentucky Chicken Sandwich, secret potato, strawberry milkshake and grape juice.
The sandwiches were good, with the usual spicy seasoning at the right point. The secret potato is delicious. The milkshake surprised me, I hadn't tried the KFC milkshake yet. The juice was completely hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com certeza um dos sanduíches mais gostosos que comi. O Wow Box do KFC tem aquele tempero gostoso da receita secreta e a crocancia do frango. A batata é boa, um pouco desarrumada na hora de servir. Preço bom e honesto. Recomendo.
Definitely one of the tastiest sandwiches I've ever eaten. KFC's Wow Box has that delicious spice of the secret recipe and the crispy chicken. The potato is good, a little messed up when serving. Good and honest price. I recommend.

Gosto dele pois o sabor do frango não há igual, saboroso e crocante. Pena que o KFC não está em todos os shoppings do Brasil como outros restaurantes.
Neste shopping costuma ser sempre cheio na praça de alimentação, mas o atendimento é rápido e eficiente.
Os lanches e até mesmo os pratos executivos que ficam disponíveis a venda na hora do almoço, costumam saírem rápidos.
No mais, recomendo a todos.
In my opinion KFC is one of the best fast food, if not the best.
I like it because the flavor of the chicken is unparalleled, tasty and crispy. Too bad KFC is not in every mall in Brazil like other restaurants.
In this mall, the food court is always full, but the service is fast and efficient.
Snacks and even executive dishes that are available for sale at lunchtime usually come out quickly.
All in all, I recommend it to everyone.
