★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo ??. Os pedidos demorar a chegar . Se você pedir na loja demora. Se pedir pra entrega demora também. Um dia passei uma hora e meia dentro do estabelecimento com minha filha esperando um lanche. Eles dizem que o tempo máximo de espera de de 45 minutos, mas é tudo mentira. Não recomendo.
 The service is terrible ??. Orders take a long time to arrive. If you order from the store it takes a while. If you ask for delivery it takes too. One day I spent an hour and a half inside the establishment with my daughter waiting for a snack. They say the maximum waiting time is 45 minutes, but it's all a lie. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hj foi o cúmulo precisei vim aqui me manisfestar...o hambúrguer além de frio, veio com o pão queimado, me senti enganada com a quantidade do hambúrguer que achei que vinha 200g de carne mais na vdd só vinha 120g as 80g a atendente veio dizer que manda a quantidade correta q pesa antes de assar, o absurdo já começa aí se eles sabem que perde líquido quando assa pq não põe a mais, falta de respeito com o cliente não souberam me responder e nem resolver o problema não compro nunca mais aí.
Today was the ultimate I had to come here to manifest...the hamburger, besides being cold, it came with the burnt bread, I felt cheated with the amount of the hamburger that I thought came 200g of meat but on vdd it only came 120g at 80g the attendant came saying that they send the correct amount that weighs before baking, the absurd starts there if they know that they lose liquid when they bake because they don't add more, lack of respect for the customer, they couldn't answer me or solve the problem, I don't buy it anymore Ouch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora a comida seja boa, demora muito na entrega duas vezes seguidas e a comida chegou fria, na segunda o entregador derrubou o guaraná e demorou séculos para entregar. Infelizmente isso causou uma experiência muito ruim, sinceramente não pediria mais para entrega.
Agora comendo seco sem nenhuma bebida.
Although the food is good, it takes a long time to deliver twice in a row and the food arrived cold, on the second the delivery guy dropped the guarana and it took ages to deliver. Unfortunately this caused a very bad experience, I would honestly not order more for delivery.
Now eating dry without any drink.
