Pedimos suco e a atendente logo dá as costas, dando a entender que é para eu não pedir mais nada.
Se estiver com fome e vontade de tomar um suco e comer alguma coisa, aconselho ir na lanchonete do outro lado da rua, salgados por R$ 1,00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei raiva aos 8 meses de gestação com pedido de almoço após esperar por 1h10 pra ir retirar, os atendentes não atenderam telefone nem responderam no whatsapp sobre o meu pedido. Meu esposo teve que ir lá, e ao chegar lá, as atendentes ainda disseram que eu não confirmei o pedido e que ia ter que esperar mais 40 min pq tinha outros pedidos na frente! Um total despreparo dos funcionários e desrespeito com o cliente. Não compro mais nada lá! Péssima experiência.
I was angry at 8 months of pregnancy with a request for lunch after waiting for 1h10 to go to pick it up, the attendants did not answer the phone or respond on whatsapp about my order. My husband had to go there, and when he got there, the attendants still said that I didn't confirm the order and that I would have to wait another 40 min because I had other orders ahead! A total lack of preparation of the employees and disrespect for the customer. I won't buy anything there anymore! Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,comprei duas coxinha lá e a coxinha veio totalmente gelada por dentro e sem falar no kit festa que comprei que além de chegar todo bagunçado (até entendo pelos imprevistos no caminho) as coxinhas mal assada,a comida é muito boa porém o atendimento e a má vontade supera,ainda teve um almoço que pede de 11:30, deu 13:17 e o almoço não tinha chegado ainda.
Terrible service, I bought two drumsticks there and the drumstick came totally cold inside and not to mention the party kit that I bought that in addition to arriving all messy (I can even understand the unforeseen on the way) the drumsticks are poorly baked, the food is very good but the service and the ill will overcomes, there was still a lunch that asks for 11:30, it was 1:17 and lunch hadn't arrived yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e muita falta de empatia por parte das funcionárias, minha esposa grávida de 8 meses fez um pedido de almoço e passou 1h10 para responderem o whatsapp isso depois de já terem olhado o pedido dela, a coitada ainda avisou que estava gestante e pediu que agilizassem um pouco mais rápido a preparação do almoço porque ela já sabia que eles demoram mesmo, foi preciso eu sair de casa e ir até o local para saber o que estava acontecendo, chegando lá a funcionaria teve a audácia de dizer que minha esposa não tinha confirmado o pedido, mostrei o print da conversa e mesmo assim ela continuou dizendo que minha esposa estava errada, sem falar na cara de desdém que fez a funcionária, me tratou como se nada estivesse acontecendo toda cheia de deboche e sem respeito algum, fiquei muito furioso com a situação, no entanto tentei ser o mais educado possível, gostaria muito de saber quem são os donos deste local, se eles estão cientes de como os clientes estão sendo tratados, voltando ao assunto,; quando cheguei a moça falou que eu deveria esperar 40 minutos para ter o almoço em mãos porque tinha muita gente na frente, e olha que já tínhamos feito o pedido pelo whatsapp, nunca mais compraremos neste local e nem tão pouco vamos indicar aos amigos.
