Aberto em 1999 no bairro de Perdizes, o restaurante Khadije Comida Árabe agora localiza-se na Rua Apinajes 680. Fundada pelo chef e proprietário Hamid Ismail, o Khadije Comida Árabe traz na íntegra todas as receitas que o chef aprendeu com sua mãe ainda no Líbano. Hoje em um espaço maior, tornou se um mix de restaurante, delivery e empório. Sobre a máxima de que a hora de comer é tão importante quanto um ritual sagrado, todos os pratos passam pelo crivo de seu chef antes de chegar ao cliente. A tradição, cultura e a receita são ingredientes que transfere para o momento da degustação do prato escolhido, uma emoção, uma lembrança, um sentimento e um prazer que transferimos ao nossos clientes.
