★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou frequentadora deste estabelecimento há mais de dez anos, infelizmente dia 22/05/22 ás 13h30 fui até o local para almoçar pois a refeição é agradável e o atendimento sempre foi bom, mas, para minha surpresa hoje, foi o oposto. O restaurante estava lotado, mas a mesa ao lado, foi bem servida, inclusive chegou depois de mim. Fui questionar ao garçom do dia(o único rapaz, com um uniforme diferenciado, no qual eu julgava ser o gerente), sobre a demora e repassar o pedido, o mesmo foi extremamente ignorante, debochado e arrogante para uma pergunta simples. Cancelei o meu pedido pelo descaso, sai insastifeita comendo apenas 3 pedaços de salmão, paguei o rodizio pelo consumo, mas não retorno e não indico mais o Airin Sushi Bar. Achei descenessário a arrogância do rapaz, experiência desagrádavel.
 I have been a regular at this establishment for over ten years, unfortunately on 05/22/22 at 1:30 pm I went to the place for lunch because the meal is pleasant and the service has always been good, but to my surprise today, it was the opposite. The restaurant was full, but the table next to it was well served, it even arrived after me. I went to ask the waiter of the day (the only guy, with a different uniform, in which I thought he was the manager), about the delay and pass on the order, he was extremely ignorant, mocking and arrogant for a simple question. I canceled my order due to indifference, I left unsatisfied eating only 3 pieces of salmon, I paid for the rodizio for consumption, but I don't return and I no longer recommend the Airin Sushi Bar. I thought the boy's arrogance was unnecessary, an unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca foi excelente, sempre foi bom, mas ontem me decepcionei muito. Acho que estão pedindo um episódio no programa do Jacquin.
Primeiro porque perguntamos antes que variedade de ovas eles tinham para pegarmos o rodízio mais caro. A garçonete disse que haviam os três tipos. Quando pedimos ela mesma disse que havia só um. Não entendo o que a equipe ganha com isso sendo que o erro é de parte dos proprietários.
O arroz estava ruim. Parecia arroz de PF sem tempero.
Eu não posso comer muito alho. A lula, mesmo sem o molho, estava com muito alho.
A equipe parece que desaprendeu, pois quando chegamos só havíamos nós e parecia que não havia intenção de atender. Um dos funcionários estava com uniforme de outro restaurante de sushi.
A melhor surpresa da noite foi o niguiri de salmão maçaricado com azeite trufado. Mas quando pedimos a repetição estava completamente diferente.
Muito bom que aceitam pets na área externa, mas precisam preparar melhor aquela área.
Os temakis, a porção de shimeji e o tempurá de camarão estavam ótimos. Foi o que compensou na noite além dos primeiros niguiris trufados.
It was never excellent, it was always good, but yesterday I was very disappointed. I think they're asking for an episode on Jacquin's show.
First, because we asked before what variety of roe they had so we could get the most expensive carvery. The waitress said there were all three types. When we asked she herself said there was only one. I don't understand what the team gains from this being that the mistake is on the part of the owners.
The rice was bad. It looked like unseasoned PF rice.
I can't eat much garlic. The squid, even without the sauce, was very garlicky.
The staff seems to have unlearned, because when we arrived there were only us and it seemed that there was no intention to attend. One of the employees was wearing a uniform from another sushi restaurant.
The best surprise of the night was the smoked salmon nigiri with truffle oil. But when we asked for a repeat it was completely different.
Very good that they accept pets in the outdoor area, but they need to prepare that area better.
The temakis, the shimeji portion and the shrimp tempura were great. That's what made up for the night beyond the first truffled nigiris.

Conheço o restaurante há muitos anos, e sempre retornamos, quase por termos uma sensação e um vínculo familiar. Os atendentes são muito amigáveis, anotam tudo com atenção e sempre se esforçam para atender nossos pedidos!
O rodízio é o meu favorito, oferecendo uma variedade de pratos quentes e frios deliciosos! Uma dica é saber quais pratos estão inclusos, como os temakis, ou pratos quentes como tempurá e yakisoba. Recomendo experimentar, além das opções “base” com salmão.
Sou fã dos temakis de atum, Airin e hot-roll deles! Inclusive, o atum servido lá é um dos mais frescos e suculentos que já comi em rodízio de comida japonesa, seja em temakis, sushis ou em sashimi, e por vezes já até vi os peixes chegando no restaurante! Em paralelo, o hot-roll de lá é crocante, e o cream cheese que usam agrega muito ao sabor com molho tarê.
Os pratos quentes também são favoritos da minha família. O shimeji é suculento e feito no ponto certo para ficar macio, os rolinhos primavera e gyoza são crocantíssimos, e eles servem lula empanada!! É muito boa, especialmente junto com o molho de alho que servem. Sendo sincero, sou até fã do missoshiru deles hahahaha
Um comentário relevante, eles também oferecem opções vegetarianas! Já provei, e são boas também.
Recomendo muito a visita, por ser um restaurante que oferece uma boa quantidade de pratos pelo preço que se paga, e pela atmosfera agradável e convidativa, junto, claro, da qualidade!

I've known the restaurant for many years, and we always come back, almost because we have a feeling and a family bond. The attendants are very friendly, take note of everything carefully and always strive to fulfill our orders!
The rodizio is my favourite, offering a variety of delicious hot and cold dishes! A tip is to know which dishes are included, like temakis, or hot dishes like tempura and yakisoba. I recommend trying it, in addition to the “base” options with salmon.
I'm a fan of their tuna, Airin and hot-roll temakis! In fact, the tuna served there is one of the freshest and most succulent I've ever eaten in all-you-can-eat Japanese food, whether in temaki, sushi or sashimi, and sometimes I've even seen the fish arriving at the restaurant! In parallel, the hot-roll there is crunchy, and the cream cheese they use adds a lot to the flavor with tare sauce.
Hot dishes are also my family's favorites. The shimeji is juicy and made just right to be tender, the spring rolls and gyoza are very crunchy, and they serve breaded squid!! It's very good, especially with the garlic sauce they serve. Being honest, I'm even a fan of their miso soup hahahaha
A relevant comment, they also offer vegetarian options! I've tasted it, and they're good too.
I highly recommend the visit, as it is a restaurant that offers a good amount of dishes for the price you pay, and for the pleasant and inviting atmosphere, together, of course, with quality!
