★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei revisão de 20.000k e ao chegar fui assaltado com o valor que me colocaram, a tabela é um engano total, adicionam valores abusivos na mão-de-obra para ganhar mais, decepção com esta Kia em Recife.

Péssimo atendimento na área da oficina. Além de um SERVIÇO PORCO E PREGUIÇOSO, são MACHISTAS que tratam sem nem disfarçarem os clientes homens das clientes mulheres de forma diferenciada. Estas são mal recebidas e "enroladas" descaradamente pelos funcionários homens que questionam a credibilidade do que é dito. Por experiência própria fui tratada dessa maneira. Questionei o serviço prestado por eles ao buscar meu carro na revisão, pois havia deixado o mesmo com apenas com 1 pequeno problema elétrico no retrovisor e o recebi de volta com diversos outros, tais como problemas na trava de segurança, vidro, alarme e outras funções de segurança. Ao reclamar fui ignorada e ainda tentaram me culpar pelos problemas que o carro apresentou após voltar da revisão feita por eles. No dia seguinte meu namorado, que estava usando o carro, foi ao estabelecimento questionando os mesmos pontos levantados por mim. O atendimento foi completamente diferente. Além de ser atendido rápido, seus argumentos não foram questionados ou descredibilizados como os meus. Foi preciso levar o carro mais outras 3 vezes até que o serviço fosse feito corretamente.

These are poorly received and shamelessly "rolled up" by male officials who question the credibility of what is said. From experience I was treated in this way. I questioned the service provided by them when searching for my car in the overhaul, as I had left it with only 1 small electrical problem in the rear view mirror and received it back with several others, such as problems with the security lock, glass, alarm and other functions of security. When I complained, I was ignored and they even tried to blame me for the problems that the car presented after returning from their overhaul. The next day my boyfriend, who was using the car, went to the establishment questioning the same points raised by me. The service was completely different. In addition to being answered quickly, his arguments were not questioned or discredited like mine. It was necessary to take the car three more times until the job was done correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim e continua sendo; a maçaneta da porta danificada e reclamada no dia 05.10.2020 e na garantia e deu previsão para janeiro de 2021 informando que vinha da Coreia, etc. Cobrei hoje e nova previsão para março de 2021 sem definição de uma data para chegada da peça. Pense se fosse uma peça que impedisse a locomoção do veículo .... então não recomendo a compra do produto(carros) da Kia. É tão ruim que só existe uma concessionária em Recife.
Too bad and still is; the damaged and claimed door handle on 05.10.2020 and under warranty and gave a forecast for January 2021 stating that it came from Korea, etc. I covered today and a new forecast for March 2021 without defining a date for the arrival of the piece. Think if it was a part that would prevent the vehicle from moving ... then I do not recommend buying the product (cars) from Kia. It is so bad that there is only one dealership in Recife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente o atendimento por telefone foi péssimo, Primeira vez que vi uma autorizada da Kia não dar a minima atenção para a marca. E recusar serviço da própria marca. Pelo atendimento que recebi e os comentarias que vi aqui não recomendo esta concessionário. Muito ruim mesmo.
Really the phone service was terrible, First time I saw a Kia authorized not pay the slightest attention to the brand. And refuse service from the brand itself. Due to the service I received and the comments I saw here, I do not recommend this dealership. Really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e preços abusivos. Cheguei a comprar peças na concessionária de João Pessoa que é muito mais em conta. Infelizmente isso acontece porque eles sabem que são únicos em Recife e região metropolitana. Foi a última vez que viram a cor do meu dinheiro na última revisão que fiz.
