★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um excelente atendimento quando fui fazer uma revisão, mas quando precisei utilizar da garantia para olhar um problema nos meus faróis que apagaram apenas de um lado, disseram-me que a oficina estava cheia e queriam marcar para 5 dias depois, questionei que não poderia ficar sem carro à noite, pois trabalho com o carro, não me deram solução.
 I had excellent service when I went for a review, but when I needed to use the warranty to look at a problem with my headlights that went out on one side only, they told me that the workshop was full and wanted to schedule for 5 days later, I questioned that I couldn't being without a car at night, because I work with the car, they gave me no solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi muito bem feito. Mais rápido do que eu esperava. Não teve tentativa de vender o que não precisava. Os vendedores e atendentes foram sempre bem educados e disponíveis a responder perguntas.
The service was very well done. Faster than I expected. He made no attempt to sell what he did not need. The salespeople and attendants were always well mannered and available to answer questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviços, oficina são horríveis, apenas pra dar um orçamento, é muito enrolo, não te mandam msg, apesar de ter agendado....deixei meu carro lá terça dia dia 13/04/21 e até a data dessa postagem dia 22 não me dão um posicionamento, relembrei e sempre falam que amanhã a tarde...se apenas um orçamento fazem isso, imagine o serviço, vai completar 10 dias, e se EU não entrar em contato, apesar de já ter perguntado duas vezes, e sempre falam que "amanhã a tarde" não me dão satisfação de nada, absurdo! Já estile lá e o carro estava abandonado e os mecânicos mechendo nos carros novos da própria loja, muito chateado e busquei na autorizada um serviço de excelência e encontro um "desserviço desse.
Services, workshops are horrible, just to give you a quote, it's too much trouble, they don't send you a message, despite having scheduled it ....
