Sempre utilizei os serviços da oficina STERN KIA, e sempre fui muito bem atendida, mas na minha última revisão, dos 50 mil KM (28.09.2017) recebi a informação que o meu carro estava em "ótimo estado" e a única recomendação de reparo sugerida seria a substituição dos pneus dianteiros que estavam gastos, e eu solicitei a troca do funil do reservatório do limpador que sabia estar furada.
Hoje, quando fui substituir os pneus conforme orientação,
LEVEI UM SUSTO! (veja as fotos)
As pastilhas de freio estavam DESTRUÍDAS, com as pontas quebradas, aniquilando meu disco e a cambagem totalmente desnivelada.
Não se olha pastilhas de freio em uma revisão que custa R$ 825,00????
Um item determinante no quesito segurança de um auto, simplesmente passou batido???
Fiz 5 revisões aqui e sempre me informaram que era feito um check up total do carro e os itens que necessitassem de reparo ou substituição seriam orçados e informados para aprovação... mas desta vez não, somente me disseram q meu carro "estava ótimo"!!!
Sinceramente, já tenho sérias dúvidas SE ESSA REVISÃO FOI FEITA!!!
Porque, se foi, convenhamos que foi BEM MAL FEITA, concordam?
Só me faz crer que paguei 825 Reais pra trocar óleo!!!
E os itens obrigatórios e que não consigo ver, trocaram??? Quem me garante???
Muito triste... pagar caro por um serviço, confiando na empresa, e ser ludibriada desse jeito.
As fotos estão aí pra comprovar como tratam um cliente com 05 anos de fidelidade. Ponto negativo pra marca KIA tbm na minha próxima opção!

I always used the services of the STERN KIA workshop, and I was always very well attended, but in my last review, of the 50 thousand KM (28.09.2017) I received the information that my car was in "great condition" and the only repair recommendation suggested would be to replace the front tires that were worn, and I asked to change the hopper of the wiper reservoir that I knew was punctured.
Today, when I went to replace the tires as directed,
I SCARED! (see the pictures)
The brake pads were DESTROYED, with broken ends, annihilating my disc and the camber completely uneven.
Do not look at brake pads in a review that costs R $ 825.00 ????
A determinant item in the security of a car, simply beaten ???
I did 5 revisions here and always informed me that a total check up of the car was made and the items that needed repair or replacement would be budgeted and informed for approval ... but this time no, I was just told that my car "was great" !!!
Honestly, I already have serious doubts IF THIS REVIEW WAS MADE !!!
Because, if it was, let's say it was WELL DONE, do you agree?
It only makes me believe that I paid 825 reais to change oil !!!
And the mandatory items that I can't see, have changed ??? Who guarantees me???
Very sad ... paying dearly for a service, trusting the company, and being deceived like that.
The photos are there to prove how they treat a client with 05 years of loyalty. Negative point for the KIA brand also in my next option!
