★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da oficina é show de bola e bastante eficiente! O preço é algo que sempre vai me espantar (400 reais por hora do mecânico) é algo meio surreal para os padrões salariais do nosso país!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexandre do setor de peças primeiro atendeu e mandou esperar, depois de uns 5 minutos atendeu ja em tom de grosseria, quando eu comecei a falar a peça que precisava ele me interrompeu falando que não tinha, eu rebati dizendo: mas eu nem terminei de falar a peça…. Falei a numeração da peça ele disse que não existia (sendo que eu estava com orçamento em mãos) resumindo: grosseria, falta de vontade em vender tratando mt mal os clientes… Liguei na da Aricanduva e fui mt bem atendido, o vendedor pediu o número do chassis do meu carro e consultou na maior boa vontade. Fica a dica para o Alexandre de como atender os clientes ??

I called Aricanduva's office and I was very well attended, the seller asked for the number of the chassis of my car and consulted with the greatest willingness. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, fizeram eu ir 3 vezes para trocar supostamente a caixa de direção, trocaram e não era caixa, o problema continuou e voltei para forçar coluna dessa vez, demorou 2 meses a peça e quando chegou estava errada, vou ter que voltar de novo! Não recomendo a Kia de guarulhos, nota zero, péssimos serviços.
Bad service, they made me go 3 times to supposedly change the steering box, they changed it and it wasn't the box, the problem continued and I went back to force the spine this time, it took 2 months for the part and when it arrived it was wrong, I'll have to go back again ! I do not recommend Kia de guarulhos, zero rating, terrible services.
