Como estava com crianças, sendo uma autista, fui embora com máxima rapidez. Ao chegar em casa, vi que a bolsa da loja não estava junto. Retornei dia seguinte, afirmando que paguei e deixei a bolsa na loja. E com toda paciência me atenderam, e demonstraram que realmente levei os calçados, e possivelmente deveria ter esquecido na loja seguinte.
Por que vim aqui contar isso. Porque cliente também erra, e não seria justo, apenas reclamar. Ainda mais quando, mesmo reclamando, fui muito bem atendida. Obrigado a todos da Loja, realmente achei os sapatos na loja.
My experience was excellent. I bought 2 shoes, I was attended by the seller Fabio.
As I was with children, being an autistic person, I left as quickly as possible. When I got home, I saw that the store bag was not with it. I returned the next day, claiming that I paid and left the bag at the store. And with all the patience they attended me, and demonstrated that I really took the shoes, and possibly I should have forgotten it at the next store.
Why did I come here to tell you this. Because the customer makes mistakes too, and it wouldn't be fair to just complain. Even more when, even complaining, I was very well attended. Thanks to everyone at the Store, I actually found the shoes in the store.
