It's been 5 years since they installed a bathtub at home. Now the drive panel has failed. I was well received and they offered the solution. No bureaucracy.

Comprei pela internet então depois do pagamento e ser enrolado dois meses , vieram falando q só ia ter uma de 10 centímetro a menos ou teria q aguarda mais . Aceitei .
Então após a chegada da banheira aí começou meus problemas 1 jato não funcionava , depois entrada de ar nos canos pelomenos 1 vez por semana , agora por último Termostatico não aquece e vasamento na junta do motor ...
O vendedor ainda tenta ajuda .
Mas vc vê q a empresa não tá nem aí .
Gostaria q essa empresa tivesse um pouquinho de respeito com os clientes e resolvesse meu problema pq desde quando chegou essa banheira só dor de cabeça .

I bought on the internet then after the payment and being rolled up for two months, they came saying that there was only going to be a 10 centimeter less or there would be more waiting. I accepted .
Then, after the bathtub arrived, my problems started. 1 jet didn't work, then air flowed into the pipes at least once a week, now the last one Thermostat doesn't heat up and leak in the engine gasket ...
The seller is still trying to help.
But you see that the company doesn't care.
I would like this company to have a bit of respect with customers and solve my problem because when this bathtub just got a headache.
