★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um controle de Xbox One, fizeram uma anotação ao lado da caixa e disseram que não era preciso um nota, quando voltei a loja precisando da garantia disseram que não tinha como ter certeza que o controle foi comprado lá gerando um transtorno muito desconfortável e desnecessário.
I bought an Xbox One controller, they made a note next to the box and said there was no need for a note, when I went back to the store needing the warranty they said I couldn't be sure that the controller was purchased there causing a very uncomfortable and unnecessary inconvenience .

Se fosse em minha loja, não contrataria esse tipo de gente despreparada e apressada. O vendedor queria voltar a jogar e se irritou. Parece piada.
I went to King of sp market day today 27th to buy 2 games for xbox one x with my son. However, the terrible service made me leave and never step in that store again. If it were in my store, I wouldn't hire these kind of people unprepared and in a hurry. The seller wanted to go back to playing and got angry. It sounds like a joke.
