★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissionalismo. Encomendei uma porta de madeira com vidro, de acordo com modelo ilustrado no site. Quando entregaram, a porta era vazada, o vidro não estava incluso e isso não foi avisado antes, agiram de má fé!
Alem disso, entregaram a porta e demoraram quase 1 semana pra instalar, isso porque eu ligava todo dia cobrando.
E ainda subiram no meu apt que estava vazio, mesmo eu tendo pedido que me ligasse com antecedência quando o instalador estivesse indo para que eu pudesse recebe-lo.
Tentei responder a seu resposta, mas o google não ofereceu a opção, então vou responder por aqui:
No site estava bem claro: Portas com vidros. Após eu ter reclamado da entrega da porta sem os vidros, quando você me ligou ameaçando me processar por eu ter escrito que vocês agiram de má fé (queria saber porque voces não responderam por aqui, que seria o correto), vocês alteraram o site para "Portas com vão para vidros", ou seja, assumiram o próprio erro, mas não agiram de forma correta comigo. Fiz todos os prints, inclusive das ligações que efetuei para voces perguntando sobre os vidros e vocês disseram que "iam dar um jeito".
Eu já paguei os vidros por fora com outra empresa, que inclusive foram colados com massa porque nem as baguetes vieram com a porta que vocês entregaram.
Very professional. I ordered a wooden door with glass, according to the model shown on the website. When they delivered, the door was leaked, the glass was not included and this was not warned before, they acted in bad faith!
Besides, they gave the door and it took almost 1 week to install, that's because I called every day charging.
And they still went up in my apt that was empty even though I had asked to call me in advance when the installer was going so I could get it.

After I complained about the delivery of the door without the windows, when you called me threatening to sue me for having written that you acted in bad faith (I wanted to know why you did not respond here, which would be correct), you have changed the site to "Doors with glass vents," meaning they made their own mistake, but they did not act correctly with me. I made all the prints, including the links I made to you asking about the glasses and you said they "would find a way".
I've already paid for the windows with another company, which was even glued to the ground because not even the baguettes came with the door that you delivered.

Contratei o serviço de instalação de portas há mais de um ano, na época estávamos reformando um apartamento, um ano depois a mesma porta começou a da problemas, liguei para a empresa e eles disseram que iam mandar um técnico, ele não veio, liguei depois novamente e qdo veio o técnico disse que os acessórios para instalação da porta não eram deles, ok, nós compramos o serviços de instalação e não os acessórios, mas pedido para eles consertarem de qq forma, mesmo que precisasse trocar as peças, não tivemos retorno... liguei novamente antes do Natal, só podiam agendar depois das festas, liguei novamente e ninguém apareceu... ou seja, desorganizados, não prestam atenção, não anotam recados e não dão retorno. Um descaso com o cliente.

A neglect with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, se querem um conselho, não perca tempo nem dinheiro nessa empresa, atendimento péssimo, já começa que para fazer um orçamento tive que conversar com uma assistente virtual por causa ma semana, implorando ser atendido, e quando liguei o atendente manda fazer o orçamento pelo wats, que ninguem atende a não ser as msg que estão ocupados.. péssimo atendimento...pior que sac de empresa te telefonia..

Not good... they offer a painter service at the time of hiring, they don't have more... they suggest a "better" type of door that only allows paint with solvent or with a scent ..but they also don't warn you at the time of purchase...
