★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local super mal administrado! Realizei a reserva pelo booking que nâo fala nada sobre fazer 50% do depósito antes de ir, diz apenas que será processado pela acomodação. Peguei o número pelo booking e é internacional, que recebe a mensagem pelo whatsapp mas não respondem para confirmar a reserva. Viajei de longe e chegando lá fui informada que não tinha a reserva. Além disso, só consegui o contato através de outro número que tem na fachada pois o do booking é completamente errado! Enfim, apenas a localização é boa, mas péssimo atendimento! Ainda foi super grosseiro e não prestou nenhuma assistência.
Super mismanaged place! I made the reservation for the booking that says nothing about making 50% of the deposit before going, says only that it will be processed by the accommodation. I took the number for the booking and it is international, which receives the message by whatsapp but does not respond to confirm the reservation. I traveled from afar and arriving there I was informed that I did not have the reservation. Also, I only got the contact through another number that has on the facade because the one of the booking is completely wrong! Anyway, only the location is good, but lousy service! He was still super rude and did not give any assistance.
