★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era cliente antiga amava a comida de la, ate que pisaram na bola diversas vezes mais ainda fui dando mais uma chance, ate que omtem fiz um pedido demorou alem de tudo a comida veio errada, e o hot holl veio estragado gosto horrível fomos reclamar ele queria saber qts comemos para poder madar a quantidade restante, falta de respeito eatavam todos la comemos dois que estavam com gosto estranho alem de ter vindo tudo virado, nao recomendo vá em outro lugar

Atendimento completamente péssimo, principalmente por Whatsapp. E como se não bastasse possuem uma dificuldade gigantesca para resolver os problemas que eles mesmos criam, proveniente dos pedidos que enviam errados até que com uma certa frequência. Das 3 primeiras vezes que aconteceu comigo até que deu para relevar, mas essa de agora foi a gota d'água. O pior de tudo é aquela sensação de que não estão nem um pouco dispostos a resolver o seu problema e acham que a solução para tudo é abater a diferença de valor no próximo pedido, lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei péssimo o lugar eh lindo porém para quem conhece e ama comida japonesa não vale a pena primeiro que cheguei e o rodízio que seria o mais caro não tinha Lula já cancelei aí peguei a opção sem lula e meu Deus eu nunca vi vir tão pouco salmao gente juro o salmão eh minúsculo e o shimeji vem parecendo que tá numa sopa mergulhado detestei

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente antigo adorava o lugar e recomendava a amigos as últimas experiências foram péssimas a última vez que fui no salão reclamei diretamente ao dono referente a queda na qualidade dos produtos oferecidos, ontem pra mim foi o cúmulo fiz um pedido detalhado mandaram meu pedido errado pra começar o problema, o pepino que pedi veio com todo o líquido derramado na sacola os hot Holl veio com uma quantidade zero de recheio pra piorar a situação veio azedo fui questionar vieram me argumentar o arroz como sendo a ponta no rot e o azedo como o vinagre que vai no preparo do produto, achando que a experiência não poderia ser pior vieram me perguntar se poderiam mandar a troca do produto aceitei aí uns 15 minutos após falarem que iriam trocar vieram me perguntar quantas unidade não haviam sido mechidas achei um cúmulo isso até pq o q mechi
não foi consumido por estar azedo péssimoo atendimento o padrão de qualidade foi ao chão literalmente joguei meu dinheiro no lixo.
