★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ele me vendeu um carro que deu muito problemas ,não deu manual ,nem chave reserva ,não respondeu as mensagem o carro teve que arrumar é trocar todas as peças, o ar condicionado não funciona... não da assistência nenhuma depois que vc leva o veículo fica te enrolando até vencer a garantia,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, não cumpre prazos, não tem educação em tratar com cliente. Recebem por serviços e simplesmente enrolam sem prestar atendimento.
Estou aguardando a transferência do veículo que comprei dia 09/10/2021 onde foi pago o valor total da transferência em 13/10/2020 e até o momento a resposta é sempre a mesma. "Ficará pronto entre hoje e amanhã". SR Francisco péssimo profissional, sem comprometimento com a verdade, simplesmente a pior experiência da minha vida.
Infelizmente resolverei essa questão por meios judiciais, pois infelizmente com eles não há formas de solução amigável.
E vendo pelos comentários de outros clientes, não tenho muito o que esperar deles.
Terrible, does not meet deadlines, has no education in dealing with customers. They get paid for services and simply don't pay attention.
I'm waiting for the transfer of the vehicle I bought on 10/09/2021 where the total amount of the transfer was paid on 10/13/2020 and so far the answer is always the same. "It will be ready between today and tomorrow." SR Francisco terrible professional, no commitment to the truth, simply the worst experience of my life.
Unfortunately, I will resolve this issue through legal means, as unfortunately there are no ways of amicable solution with them.
And seeing from the comments of other customers, I don't have much to expect from them.
