★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro nesse local apresentou diversos problemas, fiquei com o carro 2 dias e simplesmente parou e ficou quase uma semana na rua sem ninguém ir buscar, carro ia e voltava para a loja ninguém resolvia, depois que vc sai da concessionária com o carro já era ninguém mais te atende não existe mais suporte , mesmo indo até o local ninguém te atende aliás esse é o único modo de vê como esse lugar é péssimo e ninguém busca resolver seus problemas, transferência do documento é mais uma dor de cabeça, vai fazer 5 meses e até hoje eles não me deram transferência, se for comprar carro nesse lugar já contrata um advogado pq vai precisar. Péssimo local péssimo atendimento nota zero para esse lugar.
I bought a car at this location and had several problems, I had the car for 2 days and simply stopped and spent almost a week on the street without anyone picking it up, the car went and returned to the store, nobody solved it, after you leave the dealership with the car already it was no one else serves you there is no more support, even if you go to the place, no one serves you. In fact, this is the only way to see how bad this place is and no one seeks to solve your problems, document transfer is another headache, will do 5 months and until today they have not transferred me, if you are going to buy a car in this place, you already hire a lawyer because you will need it. Terrible place, terrible service, grade zero for this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO lugar para se fazer negócio, pra falar a verdade, péssimo lugar para se iniciar uma compra, péssimo atendimento, o vendedor pouca importância, na loja o atendimento ótimo, depois mandamos a documentação, e tivemos que ficar implorando pra saber a situação, primeira vez que vejo que tem que implorar para fazer uma comprar!!!
TERRIBLE place to do business, to be honest, terrible place to start a purchase, terrible service, the seller doesn't matter, great service in the store, then we sent the documentation, and we had to beg to know the situation, first time I see you have to beg to make a purchase!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar, deram golpe na minha irmã, venderam um carro com problema para ela, não entregaram o carro, venderam para outra pessoa com o carro financiado no nome dela, depois de 60 dias, tiraram do nome dela, e até hoje não devolveram a entrada, e emitiram uma nota falsa para ela, dizendo que o valor tinha sido devolvido.
Worse, they scammed my sister, they sold her a car with a problem, they didn't deliver the car, they sold it to someone else with the car financed in her name, after 60 days, they took it out of her name, and to this day they haven't returned the car. entry, and issued a fake bill to her, saying the amount had been refunded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência na tentativa de comprar um carro na minha vida,dei entrada e paguei a transferência pra no final após 33 dias receber a notícia que o carro não poderia ser financiado,pedi o dinheiro de volta,me enrolaram e me entregaram um outro carro sem financiamento,sem limpador de parabrisa e sem conseguir abrir o capô. Por fim pedi para que devolvesse o meu dinheiro ou resolvesse os problemas do carro,pediram.mais prazo e fui enrolada .mais 1 senana Consequência não aguentei mais e apos 62 dias acreditamdo na pavra deles eu pedi novamente meu dinheiro e com muito custo fui atendida.
Worst experience in trying to buy a car in my life, I applied and paid the transfer for at the end, after 33 days, I received the news that the car could not be financed, I asked for the money back, they rolled me up and they gave me another car without financing, no windshield wipers and unable to open the hood. Finally I asked for my money back or to solve the car's problems, they asked for more time and I was swindled. 1 more week Consequence I couldn't take it anymore and after 62 days believing in their word I asked again for my money and with great cost I was answered .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio parece uma ótima agência, mais não é vendedor vendeu um carro pra mim e perguntei se já tinha sido batido e ele disse q nunca tinha sido batido o carro, eles mentiram pra mim, comprei um carro q não foi aprovado no laudo cautelar e devolvi mais até agra eles falaram q iria quitar o veículo e fazer novo financiamento mais até agra nada só fala q vai quitar, atrasa parcelas e não paga tô no mal B.O. por esses motivos eu classifico como a pior agência de carros. Quem for compra lá nem vá digo por experiência própria.??❌
