★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei agendar duas consultas na mesma data em um credenciado e fui informada que a Klini só libera uma consulta por dia no local, achei um absurdo, pois podendo resolver tudo em um único dia, tenho que me deslocar várias vezes.
 I tried to schedule two appointments on the same date in an accredited one and I was informed that Klini only releases one appointment per day at the place, I found it absurd, because being able to solve everything in a single day, I have to travel several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ligar para pastore e agendar uma consulta pra minha mãe com geriatra no West shopping, a atendente disse que só tem agendamento pela Klini para OUTUBRO, eu até ri de nervoso é um absurdo.
Plano horrível da prefeitura, qdo que vcs vão fazer alguma coisa?
I just called pastore and scheduled an appointment for my mother with a geriatrician at the West mall, the attendant said she only has an appointment through Klini for OCTOBER, I even laughed nervously it's absurd.
Horrible city hall plan, when are you going to do something?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior plano de saúde que o Prefeito Eduardo Paes poderia oferecer aos servidores. Isso tudo para sobrar dinheiro para o seu bolso. Estou mais de 2 horas aguardando eles autorizarem um exame de sangue por telefone, dentro da unidade credenciada. Todos os locais são longe.

Worst health plan that Mayor Eduardo Paes could offer to servers. All this to save money for your pocket. I'm more than 2 hours waiting for them to authorize a blood test by phone, inside the accredited unit. All locations are far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece estrela nenhuma. Foi a pior coisa que a Prefeitura do RJ fez com a categoria da COMLURB, trocar o ASSIM Saúde por esse plano ridículo. Faço tratamento com o psiquiatra e quando mudou o plano fui em uma médica do Klini, Ok! Ela pediu que eu voltasse 30 dias depois para reavaliar e pegar a receita. Cadê a médica? Que simplesmente não atende mais o plano da Klini. Liguei para todas as opções médica e só tem vaga para fevereiro. Ou seja estou sem medicação 3 semanas querendo apenas minha receita para comprar minha medicação. Pensando em entrar até na justiça pelos meus direitos.
It doesn't deserve any stars. It was the worst thing that the Municipality of RJ did with the COMLURB category, to change the ASSIM Saúde for this ridiculous plan. I do treatment with the psychiatrist and when the plan changed I went to a Klini doctor, Ok! She asked me to come back 30 days later to reassess and get the prescription. Where is the doctor? That just doesn't fit Klini's plan anymore. I called all medical options and only have a vacancy for February. In other words, I'm off medication for 3 weeks just wanting my prescription to buy my medication. Thinking about going to court for my rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso fazer histerectomia total,entrei em contato com o plano e me encaminharam para del castilho,moro em campo grande.Chegando lá,a doutora informou que não faz essa cirurgia.Passagem,tempo e tudo por incompetência de alguns..Pelo visto,só através do judiciário vou conseguiu operar.
I need to have a total hysterectomy, I got in touch with the plan and they sent me to del castilho, I live in Campo Grande. When I got there, the doctor informed me that she doesn't do this surgery. through the judiciary I will be able to operate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse plano de saúde é uma bost*, nunca tem oq queremos, quando tem é longe, eles do nada param de atender, não realizando exames. Não indico a ninguém. Assim é mt melhor que esse plano horrível. SE TIVEREM COMO NAO ADQUIRIR ESSE PLANO NAO FAÇAM. É DOR DE CABECA A MAIS .
This health plan is a bost*, they never have what we want, when they have it, it's far away, they suddenly stop attending, not performing exams. I don't recommend it to anyone. That's way better than this horrible plan. IF YOU CAN NOT PURCHASE THIS PLAN DO NOT DO IT. IT'S MORE HEADACHE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse plano é horrível, quase não tem lugar próximo à Santa Cruz ou Campo Grande que aceite para uma consulta com ginecologista, emergência pediátrica pra gente que mora em Paciência só em Bangu um absurdo, um descaso total. Pior plano que a prefeitura aderiu para os funcionários da Comlurb!
This plan is horrible, there is almost no place close to Santa Cruz or Campo Grande that accepts for a consultation with a gynecologist, a pediatric emergency for people who live in Paciência only in Bangu, an absurdity, a total neglect. Worst plan that the city council adhered to for Comlurb employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior plano de saúde contratado pela Comlurb, antes era o plano Assim, agora temos um prestador de serviço onde não resolvem as reclamações, desde outubro. Há 5 meses venho sendo acompanha pelo Dr Rafael da Pastore onde são credenciados, para minha total INDGUINACAO mês passado tentei agendar para acompanhamento e pegar nova receita, mas a Pastore por este plano Só tem vaga para julho, a não ser que eu fosse na modalidade pagando, pelo particular, entrei em contato com a Klini relatei o ocorrido ficaram de resolver o problema com a Pastore e nada de solução, até presente momento; agora querem que eu vá para outro médico, em uma rede própria que surgiu em CG, para atender após meses neste plano, só havia atendimento na Pastore West Shopping, ou seja saí da mesma especialidade com outro médico da Assim, estou há 5 meses já adaptada ao novo médico psiquiatra e almejo continuar e agora não resolvem um total destrespeito!
