Meu marido foi lá hoje e não tem nenhuma camisa - nas marcas acima - que serve nele. O vendedor falou que poderia ser trocado sem problemas no prazo de um mês. Um dia depois não tinha grade. Muito chateada.
I bought two very expensive shirts yesterday. Tommy and Armani. I said that I was in doubt of the sizes and that probably the exchange would be necessary. My husband went there today and has no shirt - in the marks above - that serves on it. The seller said it could be changed without problems within a month. A day later there was no grill. Very upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui cliente da Klus, principalmente no Pátio, excelente loja, mas tive um episódio desagradável com o vendedor Samuel nesta unidade..
Fui fazer a devolução, 2 dias após a compra, de uma camisa.
Queria devolver pq já sabia que alí não havia o tamanho que precisava.
Foi então que o mesmo disse que devoluções alí não são possíveis e eu deveria escolher outra cor, insistindo nisso com veemência.
Oras, ou o vendedor não conhece o básico do código de defesa do consumidor, e portanto é despreparado, ou estava agindo de má fé.
Ao expor meus direitos de consumidor a ele, o mesmo ficou indignado comigo (!) e agiu de forma reativa e muito desagradável.
Torceu a cara e outro vendedor interveio.
Acabou que havia a camisa na unidade Maison, onde depois completei a troca.
Detalhe é que o vendedor forçou a venda de um modelo de tamanho menor quando poderia ter pesquisado os estoques das outras lojas desde o primeiro momento..
Saí da loja com ele ainda me olhando torto.
É muito desespero para garantir a venda em detrimento da experiência do cliente ou até mesmo do resultado da rede de lojas.
Continuarei cliente da Klus!

I have always been a Klus customer, especially at Pátio, an excellent store, but I had an unpleasant episode with the salesperson Samuel in this unit..
I went to return, 2 days after purchase, a shirt.
I wanted to return it because I already knew there wasn't the size I needed.
It was then that the same said that returns there are not possible and I should choose another color, insisting on this vehemently.
Well, either the seller does not know the basics of the consumer protection code, and therefore is unprepared, or he was acting in bad faith.
When exposing my consumer rights to him, he was outraged at me (!) and acted in a reactive and very unpleasant way.
He twisted his face and another salesman intervened.
It turned out that there was the shirt at the Maison unit, where I later completed the exchange.
The detail is that the seller forced the sale of a smaller size model when he could have researched the stocks of other stores from the first moment..
I walked out of the store with him still looking at me crookedly.
It is a lot of desperation to guarantee the sale to the detriment of the customer experience or even the result of the store chain.
I will continue to be a Klus customer!
But now in the Maison unit..
