Atendimento muito bom
Tive algumas divergências. Estavamos em 4 pessoas e uma criança de 4 anos. Minha esposa está grávida.. e não pode comer comida japonesa. Pedi uma pizza. E fui informado q não poderia comer no local. Fiquei meio constrangido..porém não questionei..
Obs: Eles liberaram ela comer sem problemas.. Mais frizaram q não podia.
Minha insatisfação para ter dado 4 estrelas. Foi pela cobrança de R$55,00 por uma criança de 4 anos. Q sequer comeu. Porém paguei sem reclamar..

I had some disagreements. We were with 4 people and a 4 year old child. My wife is pregnant... and can't eat Japanese food. I ordered a pizza. And I was told I couldn't eat on the spot. I was a little embarrassed...but I didn't question it...
Note: They allowed her to eat without any problems... But they stressed that she couldn't.
My dissatisfaction for having given it 4 stars. It was for the charge of R$55.00 for a 4-year-old child. Q even ate. But I paid without complaining ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência no restaurante Koi rodízio, foi muito positiva, o lugar é a agradável, a comida é maravilhosa e os atendentes são muito simpáticos, com exceção de um garçom, que ao nós perguntar se estava tudo certo, reclamamos que os nossos pedidos não estavam proporcionais perante o número de pessoas, pois éramos 6, e pedimos tudo que dava pra todos provar em dobro de porções, mas quando chegavam os alimentos não dava para todos da mesa provar e tinha que repetir o pedido, exemplo 3 pedaços de salmão sendo que éramos 6 pessoas, 3 pedacinhos de lula, e a partir desde momento faltou profissionalismo, pois ele começou a literalmente jogar os alimentos em cima da mesa, e ninguém foi mal educado com ele simplesmente solicitamos uma proporção melhor a mesa pois o rodízio não é barato, é um valor considerado, então faltou um pouco de respeito por parte dele. Depois acertaram e fomos bem servidos, no geral eu com certeza voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade!
My experience at the Koi rodízio restaurant was very positive, the place is pleasant, the food is wonderful and the servers are very friendly, with the exception of one waiter, who when we asked if everything was ok, we complained that our orders were not. proportional to the number of people, as there were 6 of us, and we asked for everything that everyone could taste in double portions, but when the food arrived, everyone at the table could not taste it and had to repeat the order, for example, 3 pieces of salmon. we were 6 people, 3 small pieces of squid, and from that moment on, there was a lack of professionalism, as he literally started to throw food on the table, and no one was rude to him, we simply asked for a better proportion of the table because the all-you-can-eat is not cheap , is a considered value, so he lacked a little respect. Then they got it right and we were well served, in general I will definitely come back in the next opportunity!
