Fomos no rodízio e ficamos 1:20h sentados esperando o primeiro prato chegar, e mais 1 h esperando o combinado. O restaurante já ia fechar e deixamos de pedir várias coisas por conta do horário. Equipe atenciosa, nós pediu desculpas. Mas fica a sugestão de melhora ?
Very tasty and fresh food, well prepared. It just doesn't earn 5 stars for the delay in ordering. We went to the rodízio and we sat for 1:20h waiting for the first dish to arrive, and another 1 hour waiting for the agreed. The restaurant was about to close and we stopped ordering several things due to the time. Attentive staff, we apologized. But the suggestion for improvement remains ?

Mas pela segunda vez fiquei aguardando liberar uma mesa mais de 1he mesmo sendo informado na primeira vez que a participação do rodízio iria até 21:30 e na segunda vez até às 22:30 não serviram o rodízio pra gnt quando conseguimos uma mesa. Acho uma falta de consideração com o cliente visto que nos dois casos foi informado que até x horário teria como participar do rodízio! Hoje 01/01/2022 data especial para muitos houve um agravante, estava com a minha irmã que mora em Vitória-ES e estava morrendo de vontade de experimentar o rodízio e acabou indo embora com vontade mesmo! Nunca mais volto nesse lugar, já dei uma segunda chance ao estabelecimento na primeira vez que isso aconteceu porque fiquei muito chateado, mas acontecer uma segunda vez é inaceitável.
The food here is excellent and I have nothing to talk about. But for the second time I was waiting to release a table more than 1h, even though I was informed the first time that the participation of the rodízio would go until 21:30 and the second time until 22:30 they didn't serve the rodízio for gnt when we got a table. I think there is a lack of consideration for the customer, since in both cases he was informed that up to x time he would be able to participate in the rotation! Today 01/01/2022 special date for many there was an aggravating factor, I was with my sister who lives in Vitória-ES and I was dying to try the rotation and ended up leaving with a real desire! I'll never go back to this place, I already gave the establishment a second chance the first time this happened because I was very upset, but happening a second time is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dois casais e duas crianças, passamos uma noite agradável e longa de conversa e boa comida no rodízio. Foram quatro horas, das 19:30 às 23:30 e uma parte desse tempo se deve à demora na chegada dos pratos. Clientes com expectativa de rapidez podem se decepcionar.
With two couples and two children, we spent a pleasant and long evening of conversation and good food in the carvery. It took four hours, from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm and part of that time is due to the delay in the arrival of the dishes. Customers with expectations of speed can be disappointed.

Preciso dizer que demorou até 25 minutos um pedido (JYO e HOT ROLL) sim, 25 minutos eu cronometrei, porque tava julgando que estava demorando muito, e o salão nem estava lotado. Mas o cliente entende a correria só não entende pedido errado. Pedimos um JYO e ele veio errado, com camarão. Soma-se isso à demora cria-se em nós um sentimento de insatisfação no fim daí o fim mesmo é não ter sobremesa no rodízio (eles até te dão uma bola de sorvete) nunca vi isso! Sempre comi como sobremesa aquelas paradas com banana e chocolate, goiabada e tals #Chateado. Vale a pena ir, se eles resolvessem isso seriam o melhor lugar da cidade. Peçam o sevite, sério!

Added to that, the delay creates a feeling of dissatisfaction in us at the end, so the end is not having dessert on the rodizio (they even give you a scoop of ice cream) I've never seen that! I always ate for dessert those stops with banana and chocolate, guava paste and such #Chateado. Worth going, if they fixed this they would be the best place in town. Ask for the sevite, seriously!
