★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja até que é bem organizada, o atendimento das meninas no meio de loja é simpático, mas deixa a desejar. O rapaz que atende no caixa é o pior de todos, que atendimento ruim! Totalmente despreparado, deve ser filho do dono pra ser desse jeito. Péssimo, horrível!! Pra ficar ruim esse cara tem que melhorar muito. Não cumprimenta, é grosso no atendimento, e ainda me deixou plantado no caixa e saiu pra atender o telefone. A parte boa é que não precisei ficar tanto tempo na presença dele. Atendimento ao cliente é uma arte, que infelizmente esta sendo deturpada por pessoas desse tipo. Ao contrário do que a maioria pensa, atendimento ao cliente não é coisa fácil e não é pra qualquer despreparado. Talvez volte por conta do preço dos produtos, mas se depender do atendimento desse rapaz (é jovem, mas não tinha crachá de identificação) meu dinheiro não verá mais.
The store is well organized, the service of the girls in the middle of the store is friendly, but it leaves something to be desired. The guy who works at the register is the worst of all, what a bad service! Totally unprepared, he must be the owner's son to be like that. Terrible, horrible !! To be bad this guy has to improve a lot. He does not greet, he is thick in attendance, and he still left me at the register and went out to answer the phone. The good thing is that I didn't have to stay in his presence that long. Customer service is an art, which unfortunately is being misrepresented by people of that type. Contrary to what most people think, customer service is not easy and it is not for anyone unprepared. Maybe I will come back because of the price of the products, but if it depends on the service of this young man (he is young, but he did not have an identification badge) my money will not see anymore.
